Unfortunately it started out good , they are very nice won’t take that away . I had a fan relay issue paid for it and it seemed to be working … it broke with not three months, honestly I shouldn’t have been charged again for a issue that they fixed that broke again . However I did and a demo the later my car overheated again . I took it too the dealership and found out there was an issue with how the job was done with the fan relay and it was damaging my radiator. This was a 2,500$ repair . Honestly this was so financially hard on me because I wish I had went to the dealership in the first place . I did call to see about compensation and he was pleasant but called me back and I was working asked if we could talk tomorrow and I could not get ahold of them again . The thing is it is someone’s fault but it’s always the customer that suffers . It just a lesson learned it’s worth it to go to the dealership. This will fix their mistakes and won’t have you pay twice or ghost you. It’s disappointing… because they were nice and I appreciated the work. Truthfully I didn’t even come to them upset or mad , but I see I wasn’t going to get the help I actually needed. So I won’t and can’t even afford to use them ever again . I’d rather pay more at the dealership for quality and warranty. One issue could have been fixed months ago . Instead I spend over 1,500$ with orange Moblie and another 2,500$ at the dealership … this is just not affordable and put me into debt . For them just not to respond feels like they don’t care . That is the part that upsets me . So goodbye orange mobile I would like to say Thankyou but I don’t know what I’m thanking you for since what was worked on broke again and wasn’t never really fixed .

Came for an inspection trying to charge me 2300 or 2900 for a new engine. Got a second opinion all it was clear as day with a flash light its just a serpentine belt . 40 dollar part. So do not go to these guys for your own good for diagnostic or work.

DO NOT try to fix your vehicle with this company they are scammers and just trying to take your money. I called Jonathan because my vehicle had some issues, Initially he told me the price for a diagnosis was $90 I found he was cheaper than most local mechanics so I agreed. Once his mechanic came he told me their was oil leaking into my spark coils and they needed to be replaced. After the work was “finished” Johnathan called me once again and told me I needed to replace my injectors that he wouldn't charge me for the work but that it would be another $200 for the parts on top of the $1100 he had already charged me, I agreed and he said his mechanic would be here on Wednesday. Come Wednesday the mechanic came he “worked on the car” for maybe 45 min and left I got no calls from Johnathan about the car or job being complete nor did I get my keys back I check my car the keys are in the door and the car is not even drivable.

Stay away if you value your time and money! Paid for a fuel pump install (1400)and got a loud noise from the back of the car every time I accelerate. When I took it back to get repaired I was charged 540 for the “repair” and the noise had gotten worse and it was leaking gas! The owner then refused to return my money. Then he started ignoring all my calls and texts. Now I have a car that runs worse than before and I’m out 1940 dollars. On top of that the owner won’t send me an invoice for the $540 bill.

The atmosphere here is fantastic, and I've never had a single issue with my car. The owner is always incredibly helpful, and because of that, all my friends and family now bring their cars here as well. The level of service is unmatched, and I truly wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. This is the only place I’ll ever take my car.
