Cracked windshield needed replaced. Customer Service team contacted me immediately. Coordinated everything with my insurance company in 15 minutes or less. Appointment for service made on the spot when other companies were weeks out and no appointments to my home. Orange Blossom Auto Glass was at my home the next day and saved me over 2 hours of commuting and waiting at another service center. Maintenance team contacted me throughout the day to ensure a service window and delivered a new windshield and recalibration while I was able to go about my business. Working on replacing the windshield of a BMW which is a little more challenging than normal cars. I am so happy that I picked this company to work on this. They were amazing, very accommodating even went beyond the call of duty to make sure that what they put on worked perfectly with the car, which it did. The service tech was also very professional. Informative patient and helpful. He worked and installed it as if he was working on his own personal vehicle. Making sure that there was no problems with anything and that it was done with perfection. Again, thank you very much to the staff and Ashly for all the help. For anybody that reads this if you need a company to fix your windshield, this is a company to go with. They make sure you’re happy with it.

I needed a window replacement after my car was broken into and I couldn’t find anyone to replace the glass in a timely manner. I just so happened upon this company and they were able to contact my insurance and get it done for me within hours! The guy that came to get the job done was so pleasant and he did great work on the car. I would definitely recommend this company!

Professional friendly staff. They even helped me with my insurance to get the process expedited. The installer was very accommodating with my schedule and went to my house ready for my windshield replacement. Mickell, the technician did a great job taking out and putting all my stickers back.

Excellent customer service. Made 1 phone call late in the day to have the truck rear window repaired. During call handled the insurance topic and set the window repair for following morning. Team communicated time expectations and arrives timely. Repair was done by two very professional repair persons. Very pleased who the whole process.

First class attentive service with professional attention to our door glass repair which wasnt easy. Glass only took 2 days to order in .Repair was done on the driveway of our vacation rental which was so convenient. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great service! BIBI helped me over the phone and contacted my insurance for me. I was able to make an appointment the day of, and they drive to meet you wherever your car is. The windshield installation only took around an hour, and he put my dashcam & parking stickers on exactly the way i left it.
