Hands down, an amazing experience! I was sent to Dr. Stephens by my dentist after a vacation tooth extraction and implant gone sideways. From the moment I walked in, his incredible staff made me feel at ease, even when no one loves a dental visit! We decided to hit reset and carefully removed the implant, and I couldn’t be more grateful. We truly are lucky here in Napa, and I’m so thankful for their kindness, professionalism, and patience. Definitely recommending them to everyone, because who doesn’t love a team that takes care of you with a smile! Thank you all

I cannot say enough to recommend to everyone what a fantastic doctor and oral surgeon Dr. McMahon is. Everything was thoroughly explained and I knew exactly what was happening the entire time. No pain during the procedure and only some tenderness now. The ladies who assisted Dr. McMahon were outstanding. I felt so confident and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and well organized and very professional. This entire team made it their goal to keep me comfortable and well taken care of.

Five stars across the board I called with an infected broken tooth and they were able to get me in same day. My consult was with Dr. McMahon. He addressed the infection and made sure my pain was managed until I could get the tooth extracted. A week later Dr. Stephens did my extraction. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He worked quickly but gently. I had no bruising and minimal pain during my recovery. The nurses were fantastic. They give really yummy ice cream for recovery. They scheduled follow up to check on healing. I don’t have dental insurance and the pricing was very reasonable.

Absolutely wonderful experience, especially when dealing with unexpected issues necessitating urgent oral surgery. I cannot say enough about the entire experience:from the consultation, the front staff, the supporting staff and of course, the physician. The surgery went smoothly and seamlessly. Being in the healthcare arena, where we can be a bit biased, I am thoroughly impressed.

I had the best experience with Dr. McMahon and his wonderful staff at Oral Surgeons of Napa! My implant procedure went extremely well, no pain or stress and being sedated made a huge difference! Dr. McMahon explained everything ahead of time and made me feel totally confident with his knowledge and skills. If you need an oral surgeon this is the place to go.

I needed a very last minute extraction of a broken tooth. Dr. Stephens was able to take me the same day, do the surgery and fit me with a temporary implant. And a week before Xmas! I am so grateful that everything was able to be done in one day! The staff were all very friendly and comforting throughout the process! Highly recommend this office for oral surgery!!!

The doctor’s experience and kindness are truly exceptional. Thanks to his care—and by the grace of God—my teeth are doing very well. The nurse who assists him is also incredibly kind and compassionate. I am very grateful to both of them and wish them many blessings. Happy holidays!

My bridge fell out, and my dentist told me that it could not be replaced and that I would need oral surgery. My dentist referred me to Dr. Alex McMahon at Oral Surgeons of Napa. On my first visit I found the facility modern and the staff friendly and professional. Dr. McMahon is open and friendly, and he clearly explained my options. Dr. McMahon performed two extractions and prep for implants as quickly and painlessly as I've ever had work done. I easily give Dr McMahon and his office 5 stars!

I had such a positive experience with this office! I came in a little nervous for my wisdom tooth extraction, but the oral surgeon and the entire team immediately put me at ease. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The extraction itself went very smoothly, and I truly felt well cared for the entire time. To top it all off, they even sent me home with some coffee ice cream—which was such a thoughtful touch! I’m really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend them.
