OraDent Dental Clinic Islamabad (F8)

I visited this clinic for scaling and polishing with a 6:30 PM appointment. Even though I arrived on time, they had just taken a walk-in patient before me, saying it would only take 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for an hour. Later, when it was my turn, they mentioned that because of their social media promotion, the scaling and polishing package was 50% off (around 5,000). However, they told me my teeth had more tartar buildup, which would require extra time and cost 10,000 in total. During the process, another patient came in through a reference with tooth pain. The staff requested me to allow them to treat that patient first, saying it would take 20 minutes. Out of sympathy, I agreed, but again I had to wait another hour. Finally, when the scaling and polishing started, the procedure itself was smooth. The dentist was skilled and professional, and he apologized for the long wait, which I appreciated. Overall the dental work was good, but the waiting time and handling of appointments need serious improvement. On top of that, the pricing felt misleading they advertised a 50% discount on social media but ultimately charged the full amount, which is unfair.

This is my third visit to oradent dental clinic and once again I had a great experience. I had one tooth filling and scaling and polishing done and this time I had one extraction. Dr.kaynaat and Dr shehriyar are extremely professional and caring.they explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable before starting any procedure. I am very satisfied with their services.The clinic is clean,the treatment is professional and price is reasonable.i think oradent is the best dental clinic in Islamabad. Highly recommend
