I’m working with Mike right now. We’re shooting the shit about to go spray my place. Nice guy just started working here. He was very patient with me today. I’m looking forward to work with him more in the future. I love this company. They’ve really helped us out for a couple years. Very easy to work with.

Optimum has been taking care of my property for the past couple of years, and their service has always been excellent. Communication is clear and consistent, both before and after the work is done. Billing is straightforward and automatic, which makes the process simple. They’ve even gone out for extra visits at no additional cost when requested. Truly a 5-star service. Highly recommend! Optimum Pest Control has done exactly what they said they would, "deliver optimum service". Whether you are dealing with the guys on the field or Marianne in the office, the professionalism is top notch service. Everyone has always been kind, they are very accommodating and worked around my complicated schedule. The price is unmatched and the products were safe and organic. Obviously I could go on forever about how superb this crew has been, but I'll just end by saying "Keep up the great job you guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

We were having the condo (that we just purchased without ever being there) sprayed for pests ahead of our arrival. Optimum was attentive and friendly and happy to come when we needed them without insisting on a service plan . On arrival, Johnathan called to let me know that the front door lock was stuck . He managed to get in and also sprayed our lock thoroughly and assured us we wouldn’t have that problem in future. Where do you find that kind of thoughtfulness?

Optimum returned my call promptly. Jen was friendly & professional & scheduled our service within the time frame needed. Luciano who came out for service did a great job, was friendly & professional, gave explanations & was thorough. Appreciated the friendliness, timelines & service.

We had a great experience with Optimum, Chris did an amazing job!! had termites at home and Chris came for inspection previously, he could identify the real problem on why termites were coming back, and was so nice and professional taking the time to explain in detail all the possible solutions to the problem and suggesting the best options. I recommend this company and Chris who offered an excellent service!!

Great experience with an amazing company! Renan and John helped us when we found signs of termites in our home. They took the time to explain what was going on, treated our termites and made us feel totally at ease. They are very responsive and great at what they do. I highly recommend this company!

5 stars is not enough for Optimum Pest Control! I have been with Optimum for almost two years now and their service quality, communication, and genuine care for their customers is truly elite. I’ve been on a yearly subscription with them and the price is very reasonable. The regular inspections are timely and whenever we have any additional issue, regardless of the day or time, they are so quick to respond, and arrange to have a technician out ASAP. They will often come the same day or the very next day which is incredible. Renan and his technicians, including Chris and Jonathan, are extremely meticulous and considerate. We have full trust in the whole staff to enter the home even if we are not there, and they are extremely careful with their spraying because we have a dog. I have used them for ants and roaches and they handle everything and rarely if bugs come back, they will always come right back out. The staff who does scheduling are also very kind and attentive. Working with optimum is a massive relief and I can’t recommend them enough if you are in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, or any other areas they service. 10 Stars!!!!
