I worked with Optimum to replace the carpet in bedrooms with tile that matched what was installed by builder 6 years ago. Joe and his team did a fantastic job and worked as cleanly as possible.

Thank you Noble for a fun relaxing experience choosing our countertops. They turned out perfect, Joe was also very helpful and called after to make sure we were happy with their work. Edgar Rodriguez recommended Optimum to us and we are so pleased he did. He also did a great job with the plumbing. Would highly recommend him too. We will definitely call Optimum for other projects.

Extremely pleased with new tile floors throughout the first level. Pre-sale - Joe was very helpful and provided us a case of tile to take home and lay out on the floor. so we could visualize the new floor. Install - Tile and installers arrived on time Day 1 and Joe was there to kick it off personally. Joe immediately resolved a supplier mix up and got his crew going. His installers were extremely hard working, diligent and the quality of their work is apparent. Despite having grown up in the trades, and being home throughout the install, I had no urge to micro-manage (unusual for me) because they were doing everything right. Exceptional, nothing short of it. From Noble (Sales) to Selena (Client Relations) and Jose (Fabricator/Installer), the experience exceeded my expectations. Jose truly is an Artist and uses only the highest technology to ensure the quartz was cut correctly. I had 2 waterfalls installed as you can see from the photos and couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for perfection, you won’t be disappointed.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am that we found Optimum Home Solutions. I would give them 10 stars if I could. After a terrible new build experience, I have major anxiety with home projects. When we had to redo our master shower everyone at Optimum Home was fantastic. They wanted to not only build a quality shower for us, but help alleviate my anxieties each step of the way. Karyne in the showroom helped us find a beautiful tile that we love. Aldo was detailed and meticulous in his work and built us a beautiful new shower that’s more than we could have ever hoped for. Joe, the owner, went above and beyond what anyone would be “expected” to do for a customer to help ensure I felt confident in the quality of the work done. A person couldn’t find a business that cares more about quality work, and customer satisfaction. It’s five months after completion and my husband and I still agree that they will be our go-to business for home projects for years to come.

I was referred to Optimum by a coworker who had their kitchen redone. Because this coworker is very discerning and because he highly recommended this company, I went with them for my entire home remodel - floors, baseboards, doors, painting walls, ceilings and cabinets, new countertops in the kitchen and the bathrooms and a refresh of the "fireplace wall". Went from brown to gray and I love it! The folks that came into my home were courteous, professional and cleaned up at the end of their workday and at the end of the project they were working on. Working with Jeana, Kelsey and Joe was amazing as they kept me informed of what was going to happen next and how long to expect it to take. And, they put up with my silly questions! I am going to enjoy the next few months in my "new" home for the holidays but will be finishing my forever home with a master bath/shower remodel in the new year. Highly recommend this team!!
