Excellent service. Replied to my initial enquiry very quickly. Turned up as arranged and whilst delayed on previous job, messaged to say so and then called to confirm on his way. Very personable and trustworthy and would highly recommend to anyone. We are pensioners and felt very comfortable in his presence.

Malachi came out within 2 hours of my call, since I couldn't get the door to lock at all. He was really friendly and professional and replaced the broken lock quickly. I thought it was a good idea to send a video of the problem to him before he left, so he had some idea. Highly recommended!! Thanks Malachi
