Isaac, what a rockstar!! The batteries died on the keypad door lock and I didn't have the backup key on me. I called 3 other businesses and he was the only locksmith that answered. He arrived very quickly and got me back inside even quicker. I was so stressed. Thank you so much again! I highly recommend them.

I locked myself out and Open Sesame 1) answered the phone 2) the technician was friendly and gave me a quote on the phone 3) arrived within 20 minutes 4) had me inside in under 30 seconds. I highly recommend this company/service. I called 8 other places and they either 1) didn't answer their phone 2) answered their phone but couldn't come out until hours later 3) charged an unreasonable fee or refused to give a quote at all. Hopefully I won't need the service again, but if I do, I will call Open Sesame.

This guy is top notch. He spent half his Saturday with us without much notice, was extremely fast, and was able to solve problems a different locksmith was bewildered by. We’re using Open Sesame from now on. And he’s cheaper! Thank you Yosef!

Issac bailed me out! All other locksmiths weren’t available , closed or had limited staff. Was told they could get to me in 2+ hours. Issac arrived in 15 minutes, like he said he would. Worked through 2 locks to get me into my home in 10 minutes. Plus, helped fix the front door thumb actuator at no extra charge. Great service, nice fella. Thank you Issac!1

Called Open Sesame Locksmith as broke my house key at grocery store, accidentally dropped in a wrong way, due to heavy items I was carrying. My family was away, not available for immediate help. I had my friends who were supposed to visit me in an hour at that time. Fortunately they sent me staff, working for broken key extraction besides key duplication on time, so that I was able to enter my house and was able to prepare for my friends’ visit. A big relief. Thank you for helping me under such a stressful situation. I will keep using your services when necessary.

I own a construction company and I have been using Open Sesame locksmith for lock installation at all my jobs. Issac is an excellent, very professional and honest technician. Highly recommend.
