Dormer Rendering Project Underway – North West Specialists
Our second render job of the year is now underway, and despite strong winds we’ve made great progress on this dormer rendering project.
At On Touch Plastering and Rendering, we specialise in external rendering, dormer upgrades, render repairs, and full plastering services across Lancashire and the wider North West.
This week we’ve:
✔ Removed all outer slate tiles (front and rear dormers)
✔ Ground out old fixings and replaced damaged battens
✔ Installed new breathable membrane
✔ Fixed cement render boards ready for base coat
Next week we’ll be applying the base coat and silicone top coat, with finished photos to follow.
