Mike was very flexible - he called at my window time and unfortunately was still on the road - Mike shared that he would return to not worry and he did indeed not only return, but also still in the time window. Mike was honest, offered an assessment of our washer issue, the plan and what the next steps would be starting with the lowest possible fix first.

The drain pump on our LG washing machine was making a grinding noise and not draining the machine. Mike with OnTime was able to come out the day I called, diagnosed the problem, and was able to replace the pump during the visit. This is the first time I’ve ever had a repairman carry a part in his vehicle and not have to schedule a return visit. I will definitely use OnTime for future appliance repairs.

The technician was right on time for my scheduled appointment, and I wasn't left waiting for a couple of hours for someone to show up. They quickly identified the problem with my microwave, had the part with them, and had everything back together in little time . The cost of the repair was very reasonable, and I was grateful that I made the decision to have my appliance repaired, versus replaced, and now have everything in working order before Christmas dinner.
