These guys replaced my mechanical injection pump on my OBS Ford 7.3 IDI. They did a magnificent job. They showed up at my home (I’m a single, working dad, this was the main selling point), and worked expeditiously to get me back on the road. Price was affordable as well. I immediately took my truck to California and she ran beautifully! I couldn’t be happier with the service and workmanship.

Why am I putting five star review? It’s a long story but I’m gonna just put a little bit shorter. I’m gonna add some pictures from The dashboard of my truck. First of all, I’m a owner operator and I’m driving a Volvo 2020 VNL 860 I took my truck to the dealership. They told me that we do not have time because there’s a lot of things going wrong with your truck and it’s gonna take at least two days to figure it out and find out what’s going on, exactly they told me go drop the trailer in the yard and bring your truck to the front I did not drop my trailer. I left the dealership and I’ve got this address from my friend of mine. I took my truck to this on site Truck repair shop. It took them a couple hours diagnostic my truck and find out the real issue that I had with my truck and fixed it in just a couple hours. They did a great job. Thank you very much for saving me my money my time. If I stayed at the dealership, they would’ve probably charged me thousands of dollar but here they charge me for everything only $300 when they told me I couldn’t believe it best truck repair shop to take care of your truck and get you back on the road I’m highly recommending this place especially for the owner operators.💪👍👍☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Brought our truck in for an oil leak, they had it for 3wks , paid $6000 for repairs, now the oil leak is worse… not sure how this translates but as a customer highly agitated and hoping for a resolve that makes since. Photos were taken after sitting in one spot for an hour. **Angel is having us bring the truck back in to have it taken care of. Will update once completed.

ALL the staff at On Line Truck & Equipment repair went above and beyond to get our motorhome repaired! They even worked over time to get us back on the road again saving us time and money. We are so grateful & feel blessed. We we were well taken care of…even assisted us with loading up our car and getting us on our way. Thank you so much!!

These guys were a life saver!! On a cross country road trip in my mobile tiny home (converted ambulance), the turbo blew on the way in from Sedona and they were able to clean the engine and replace the turbo in one. day. They underpromised and overserved, surprising us with how fast the turnaround was. I am especially grateful because I did not have to stay in a hotel instead of this vehicle (which is my house), and not only did I make it back to Pennsylvania safely, but I also got to continue my trip and make it to the desert destination I was initially heading for. I am beyond grateful. Thank you so much, Adrian, Miguel, Carmello, and Andrew!! I hope I spelled all your names right. You're all the best. Here's a photo of me and my partner celebrating in the desert.

Where to start? I had an issue with a couple of exhaust manifold bolts that broke off at the head on my t800. Got there and checked in by 1445hrs, 5 Dec. Fully expecting a few days' wait. To my surprise, 0700 6 Dec, a phone call from Leslie, awoke me from my slumber to tell me they were ready to get the ol' girl in the shop for some tlc. By 1530, the very same day I was rolling out. Fantastic work. Quick, but no corners cut. Did exactly what I asked of them and didn't try the upsell B.S. like you get at the big name shops. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for cheap, go elsewhere, but that is not a bad thing as QUALITY of workmanship, experience, and the speed at which the tasks are handled don't come cheap. Things are done 3 ways, fast, good, cheap...Pick 2. Onsite will be my go-to place when I have an issue I can't tackle myself when I'm in the vicinity. Y'all have gained a loyal customer from your honesty and the quality of work.

My experience with Onsite was great! Miguel and the crew are kind and respectful gentlemen who are thorough with communication and explaining what steps are going to be taken and help you better understand for those who don’t have too much mechanical knowledge. They got my truck (2009 international) back up on the road within a very reasonable amount of time I would recommend these guys!

**Avoid, will not complete job, and gouge your money** We had a truck that needed DPF filters replaced, and they advised that they could have the job done. They installed Reman filters, and at the end could not complete the job because they did not have the proper computer to update the software. Our truck was sitting there for two days, all because they did not have correct software to update the ECM. They charged us $6000, and we still had to take the truck to the dealer to have repaired. Please save your money, and go to a shop that has the correct equipment for your repair needs.

My water pump on my extremely large service van went out today at 11:30 a.m., I called the shop and they told me to bring it in right away, he had an estimate put together within 15 minutes and I left it there for them to fix it, and they had it 100% completely done and ready to roll out the door by 4:30 p.m. tell me what other Shop in Town would have done it that fast! Fast, affordable and honest

Onsite does very good work. Price comparable to dealership I'd say. Time management and customer follow-up were a little lacking on my first visit, possibly due to busy work load. This would be my only complaint. They're otherwise a good group of knowledgeable professionals. I will definitely give them another opportunity before forming a negative opinion. Update: I got my face ripped off on 2nd repair about 6-8 months later. Entire new crew of incompetent kids on the counter then. Charged me over $800 for a valve cover gasket, double dealership price. Be warned!
