OnPoint Veterinary Urgent Care - Fort Walton Beach

On Point is amazing! Last Monday, our very spicy cat was having some very concerning symptoms that looked neurologic. After almost 72 hours without improvement and him refusing to eat, we called them and let them know what was going on. Our handsome boy is good with us but when it comes to others, he is untouchable. They were so unbelievably kind and understanding. Not once did we feel judged as pet parents and they never gave us the clue that they didn’t want to deal with an aggressive cat. Instead showed nothing but concern as we worked together to keep everyone safe and not stress out our grumpy boy. Both Elysia and Dr. Deugwillo were phenomenal in making sure my wife and I knew all of our options. Thankfully, he just had a nasty inner ear infection and is improving more everyday! Thank you to everyone who helped us make an otherwise extremely stressful situation, simple and easy! Our baby is back to being his father and sassy self!

10/10 The best emergency vet that we have ever been to. From the moment we walked in the receptionist moved with a high sense of urgency with getting our information in. Assured us that everything will be OK numerous times. The veterinary nurse or veterinarian assistant was beyond helpful with payment plans. Even with blood covering the waiting room floor she stayed calm, cool, and collected. We received outstanding guidance and reassurance that we have ever received for our animals. This location deserves high praises! We are extremely grateful for the experience that we had through a very traumatic time with our hurt animal. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

One of my fur babies found some chocolate and consumed enough to have some poisoning. They got us seen quickly and the issue resolved also relatively quickly. My baby is feeling so much better today but we are trying to have a nice quiet day today. Every single member of the staff were amazing. Very kind and patient with both of my boys. The very next day I received a text message from them following up on the boys. I love these guys!

I can’t say thank you enough for taking care of our baby in his final hours . When we arrived the team was so welcoming and did everything they could to help Jameson . They got him comfortable and let us know he needed more care than they were capable of handling there ( diabetic dog ) they gave him something for comfort and wrapped him up in a blanket and let us know where we could go to get him help as he was fading fast . They helped us get him back in the car and called for us letting the ER know we were on our way . Even when our own vet had little help to offer or made us seem like we were over reacting .OnPoint vet made us feel heard and validated that what was happening was an emergency and not normal as my vet was trying to tell me. Although we ended up having to say goodbye to our sweet boy that day I’m am so happy we went to OnPoint for the wonderful experience we had in a difficult situation. Thank you for caring .

They brought my cat Tommy back to health after a raw chicken incident and are the most compassionate people ever. They kept us updated and I could tell they all genuinely loved my sassy little man. He's back to his normal happy self. Thank you!

Me and my family had our boxer/pitbull mix who was well loved and we had noticed a lump in her back leg so I was told to bring her to this urgent care and they were a miracle they gave us all the right information and they kept it real they told me the best options and what was going on and didn’t try to show medicine towards me for an easy payday we loved our dog we ultimately had to have her euthanized so she wouldn’t suffer they gave us time to get everyone over to the location.they gave us as much time as we wanted with out pup and most importantly they gave us all a great and respectful final moments with our amazing and well loved pup. Thank you so much for what you did for our family our pup and our final moments with our beloved Tessa, thank you so much Dr.Hau you were real from the beginning and I truly appreciate that.

My sweet Doodle crossed the rainbow bridge at OnPoint Urgent Care and even though it was a sad time, the doctor and staff made us feel so comfortable. They never pushed anything, simple asked if it was OK to do things to get a better look at what was going on. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. I was shocked by the cost because I anticipated it to be much higher, but I was told that they try to keep it as close as a regular vets office as possible. Im pretty sure the cost wouldve been more if we went to our primary vet. Thank you all for being so kind and caring during our visit. And lastly, thank you so much for our card, nose and paw prints! ❤️🐾

We had a great experience bringing our cat in for a minor food injury. The staff was incredibly friendly and took such good care of her — they even won her over with treats and lots of love! All of our concerns were addressed, and we left with a clear, thoughtful plan in place. We’re very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I never thought I could love something as much as I do my three dogs. I rescued Brady from Walton Co rescue in 2015 and he is the first dog I've had to say goodbye to. I had him at On Point on Dec 23, 29 and on Dec 31, I left alone. I've been to a lot of veterinarians in Niceville and Destin and I've NEVER met more compassionate, loving people then the people at On Point. They care as much for the pets as they do the humans. If I could give OnPoint more than 5 stars, I would. I had to rush our dog, Ace, to OnPoint over the weekend. From the time I called them to let them know I was on the way with something urgent to our pup taking his final breath & throughout the whole process with them, they were amazing & sympathetic. They made a very unexpected & difficult time easy to navigate. I had several family members show up to say their goodbyes to Ace (he was veryyy loved) and they were nice enough to accommodate everyone & give us the time we needed with him. I could not recommend this place enough. Thanks again to all of the staff at OnPoint🤎🐶
