Y’all, this urgent care is amazing! The staff were so sweet and made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. Check-in was easy, wait time wasn’t bad at all, and the doctor actually took time to listen and explain everything. You can tell they really care about people here. If you ever need to be seen quick but still want folks who treat you right, this is the spot! && the waiting area smells nice.

I took my nephew here for his physical check up and it was an easy in and out experience. They were so quick to attend to us. The staff were great and so helpful. I will come back here again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was very attentive, the customer service was outstanding, and the wait time was very short. I brought my brother in to be seen, and the front desk team was especially kind, helpful, and professional throughout the visit. We truly appreciated how smooth and efficient everything was. First time I’ve used OnPoint Urgent Care and everything went smoothly. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Got an x-ray, prescription, and prognosis in one stop. Hope I don’t need to go again but if so I will based on my positive experience.

I booked a last-minute appointment at OnPoint Urgent Care and was able to get in quickly, which I appreciated. However, the wait time once I arrived was disappointing. Even though I was the first and only patient there, it took about 30 minutes to be placed in a room, followed by another 15-minute wait for the nurse. That said, the doctor completely turned the experience around. She had an excellent bedside manner, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand. I felt genuinely cared for during that part of the visit. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not leave the same impression, and the delays were frustrating given how empty the clinic was. Overall, I had a mixed experience—great care from the doctor, but significant room for improvement with front office efficiency and staff attentiveness.

I stopped by for my son’s school physical! The office was is well kept and neat. It was also no wait time. I definitely will recommend this place and will stop by again for other needs.

Urgent Care Review is an excellent clinic known for its prompt and professional service. The staff is attentive, the facilities are clean, and wait times are minimal. It's a reliable choice for immediate medical needs, offering compassionate care in a well-organized setting.They also helped me out a lot with my physical.

Went in for a screening, the doctor came in and appeared dismissive and displayed poor communication when discussing my prior medical history-some of which seemed irrelevant to my being there. Of course she left the room, seeming to indicate she would return. A few minutes later, one of the staff said she was dealing with someone else and would be back. Twenty minutes later, I poked my head out of the room and the receptionist spotted me, he came to tell me I'd been signed out and could go. I was left with no conclusion if my visit, unsure if the doctor was actually finished. The whole process was arduous and confusing, at one point while trying to explain the small bump on my arm, the doctor proceeded to lecture me about what a physical was for. Later, when I called to inquire if the doctor was actually done and inquire about any results, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told that they don't get medical results, so I won't even know the conclusion of what I went in for! Honestly the whole process seemed unprofessional, scattered, left me with a lack of confidence and feeling of uncertainty. I have never used this clinic before, and will probably not return to it in the future. It was among the worst experiences I've had at a medical clinic, if not the worst by far. Poor communication, poor professionalism, poor bedside manner, no attempt to listen or alleviate any concerns, and a feeling of an incomplete visit.

Onpoint is very clean . They got me in and out and was very knowledgeable. Would definetly recommend. Took my daughter for her physical and they gave me no issues. Loved the short time frame of waiting .
