He went above and beyond—towed my car safely, kept me warm inside the truck while he handled everything outside in extreme weather, and made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. After helping me with the collision reporting, he even dropped me back home and took the time to clearly explain the next steps so I wasn’t left confused or overwhelmed. I was in a 5 car accident recently and Mazen arrived when I needed him most. He was concerned for everyone involved then proceeded to calmly help everyone get organized at a time when we weren’t our best. I had an amazing experience with On Point towing today! My rear tire had an alignment problem near the airport and we almost crashed. I was stressing but the worker showed up in less than 4 minutes without me having to call. He even went back to pick up a family member for us at the airport and delivered the car carefully at the garage. Awesome work would recommend!!
