I can’t thank OnPoint Towing enough for their help during a very stressful collision. The owner, Mazen, is an incredibly down-to-earth and genuine person who truly cares about his customers. He went above and beyond—towed my car safely, kept me warm inside the truck while he handled everything outside in extreme weather, and made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. After helping me with the collision reporting, he even dropped me back home and took the time to clearly explain the next steps so I wasn’t left confused or overwhelmed. In a moment where most people feel lost and stressed, Mazen made the entire experience feel calm and manageable. If you ever need towing services, OnPoint Towing is the one to call. I was in a 5 car accident recently and Mazen arrived when I needed him most. He was concerned for everyone involved then proceeded to calmly help everyone get organized at a time when we weren’t our best. My car had to be towed and through the whole process the night of the accident and the day after Mazen guided me. His company is one I would absolutely call on whenever I need this service. He’s honest and kind and was not there to take advantage. I cannot recommend him and his company more.
