🔹 Disconnect outside hoses
🔹 Set your thermostat and leave it (don’t bounce temps)
🔹 Expect “steam/smoke” from heat pumps — it’s normal!
🔹 If your outdoor unit is a solid block of ice — that’s NOT normal. Call us.
