The purchasing part of this company is great. Super easy. But be weary of that. I visited one property in Missouri, completely uninhabitable. The one I'm at now is truly great, but our access road was not a road at all. It was a 6ft wide path that we had to expand ourselves to get our cabin delivered. Then, the unmaintained dirt roads they talk about on their posts... are impassable in a normal car. We have to hike 1/2 a mile to get to our property because our car can't make it through the muck when it rains. The county won't help fix the road because they don't claim it. TDOT won't touch the road because the county won't. Online Land sales won't fix it even though they aren't as described in their descriptions. See attached photos. This is in twin rivers, Tennessee. Don't move here if you can't help with the road because you'll be very disappointed. We got quotes of $60k just to fix the main road. Because of the road you will have to use alternative utilities because you can't get the well or septic delivered. The companies refuse to come down here.
