The purchasing part of this company is great. Super easy. But be weary of that. I visited one property in Missouri, completely uninhabitable. The one I'm at now is truly great, but our access road was not a road at all. It was a 6ft wide path that we had to expand ourselves to get our cabin delivered. Then, the unmaintained dirt roads they talk about on their posts... are impassable in a normal car. We have to hike 1/2 a mile to get to our property because our car can't make it through the muck when it rains. The county won't help fix the road because they don't claim it. TDOT won't touch the road because the county won't. Online Land sales won't fix it even though they aren't as described in their descriptions. See attached photos. This is in twin rivers, Tennessee. Don't move here if you can't help with the road because you'll be very disappointed. We got quotes of $60k just to fix the main road. Because of the road you will have to use alternative utilities because you can't get the well or septic delivered. The companies refuse to come down here.

This business is a scam. They lease to own the land from a different company for a 30 year note, then lease to own it to you at a marked up price and a 15 year note. After I paid on time for 10 years, online land sales defaulted on their loan and the property went into foreclosure. I’m out 30 thousand dollars!

Defaulted on my loan after 8yrs into a 15yr contract. Look up the lawsuits against them and the Better business bureau on them. Idk how they are still able to operate.

Literally have been going back in forth with myself about if I should purchase land with this company, read reviews etc just so nervous. So this morning I woke up and just jumped! Hoping to have a great experience. Will come back and update once the ball gets to rolling 6/2/2025 UPDATE: went to pay on my land for this month and it is saying page not found. Once I went in a different way to check on status of things it is now saying status Unfulfilled. I don’t know what going on I paid my first month went to pay this month sadly I may have been scammed.

We made a down payment and several payments after doing so received a call that we where behind and was connected with classic country land claiming online land sales doesn’t Owen the property and we needed to go through them after bickering classic country land had us refunded but only one payment as of today, I feel like they are a scam so be careful make sure you dot all your I and cross all your T,s

Just put my down payment on 10 acres in Humbolt County NV ( Paradise Valley Ranches) the process was seamless and I am eager to start making the plans for our future. This has got to be the best decision anyone could make for their future, thank you Online Land Sales,LLC.

Let me be the first to say this company us real ! I thought this freakin thing was too good to be tru.... I bought 5 plots totaling 80 acres and I check with all city and county zoning boards.....not only were the rules super lax and almost non existent.... but they actually are letting me build on every parcel (that's insane) !!!!! This is secretly the best website for land ..... I'm dead serious

The land purchase was super easy! I would give it 5 stars but the properties aren't marked off very well so it is extremely difficult to figure out where your property starts and another persons property ends. The photos of the property are also outdated and inaccurate so we had to rely on the kindness of neighbors up there on the Ridge

I have two land contracts with Online Land Sales. One I a still making monthly payments and the other I paid off in November 2023. Online land sales staff told me I would receive the paid off property in 5-8 weeks. I have updated this review to four stars due to them finally transferring the land deed to me this month, almost 9 months past the final payment. They have been more communicative recently and I am hopeful they continue to work on maintaining that level of communication and sticking closer to the timelines they give for all clients going forward, if they do then it is worth working with them for your next land purchase.

I'm very happy with the land I purchased! I did call the number on the website, during business hours with questions before I was ready to purchase..... couldn't get a response. The price for the property was high for the area. But, I got the payment I can afford and financing couldn't get any easier. I look forward to developing my future homestead 😁
