After searching all over, I came across Oneclickdrive which seemed genuine. My friend and I wanted to explore the city in a convertible, hence booked a Mustang GT with them. The booking experience, the professionalism and car was fantastic. Will recommend them 100%

It was a great decision as we had a chauffeur booked for 10 hours per day, which made exploring the city very comfortable. The service was flexible, and we were able to increase the hours whenever needed, which really helped us follow our plans without stress.

I recently rented a Range Rover through Kensington Car Rental using the OneClickDrive app, and the entire process was flawless. From booking to delivery, everything was straightforward and efficient. The car arrived at right on time, exactly as promised, and the condition was impeccable. What stood out most was their was transparency and reliability and my security deposit was returned promptly without any hassle. The customer service team was also responsive and professional, making the experience stress-free. If you’re looking for a luxury rental with zero delays or surprises, I highly recommend Kensington Car Rental. Will definitely book with them again!

I got to Sell my BMW 520i 2017 through OneClickDrive. Completely free listing. Other platforms were charging or offering very low buyout price. Here I could talk to buyers directly and negotiate properly. Took around 2 weeks to sell.

The information on their website does not match what their staff tells customers, and even different managers give different answers. I spoke with two managers: • The first one initially confirmed the car was available, but said the mileage limit is 250 km, while the website states 300 km. • The second one said the car is not available for a 1-day rental, and that it’s only available if someone rents it for more days — despite their website clearly saying “1-day rental available.” On top of that, the communication was rude and unprofessional. Instead of clear answers and customer service, I got attitude and contradictory information. Overall, a bad experience. I do not recommend this company if you want transparent terms and respectful communication.

One of the worst places ever to rent a car. I rented a car from this company, and they sent a car that is different”in color” which is not an issue. The car itself is damage has a mechanical issue where I’m sure the engine is not working properly I immediately told them that the car is “heavy” and not working properly. They said it’s the car model However after driving the car it’s really defected. I got back to them asking for replacement although I paid for delivery they asked me to come and check. The car is not safe to drive and I rented the car and paid for delivery which means they need to deliver it as agreed. And definitely I’m not expected to drive a defectied car that is not safe to drive. They ignored the message and stopped replying. They got back to me only they knew that I submitted a complaint to the uae customer right. I rented the car for 3 days only. And they have already taken the money and the deposit in advance. Yet the car is not safe to drive.

*Eco Motion Rent a car* Recently Rented a Kia Seltos from eco motion. The whole journey was smooth and hastle free. From the initial interaction till the “on time delivery” and paperwork was very professional. The car was brand new and they even explained features of the car. Definitely recommend this company.

Attention!!! Complete Scam The car rental companies show cars on the app that they don’t actually rent out. I booked a car from the year 2025 Company Name DAW AL SAHRAA– what I got was a Renault Duster, completely dirty and damaged. When I contacted the rental company, I was ignored and received no response. So I reached out to OneClickDrive support. No success there either – they didn’t help or support me at all. Be careful – it’s a scam trap!

They are the best!! 🙌 They helped us get our deposit back, as the car rental company didn’t want to return it. When I contacted OneClickDrive, they did everything they could to assist me — and yes, I finally received my deposit back! Well done and thank you so much!!
