I'm a keen runner, and I saw Shay for about six months due to a knee injury that was troubling me. It turned out that I had a whole catalogue of imbalances and issues that were causing my pain, and racing while thinking I could get away without doing any strength training really wasn't helping!
Anyway, fast-forward to now, and I'm finally running pain-free again. It's been a long road, and tough going at times, but having Shay available to talk things through has been absolutely amazing, and made all the difference. He's a really nice guy with a super positive attitude, and created a plan that actually worked, tailored around my needs and the equipment I had at home. My only regret is that I wish I'd have found him sooner!
