I stumbled upon One Kitchen by mistake, on my way to another restaurant that was closed. This turned out to be a happy accident because One Kitchen exceeded my expectations. 😊
The place is cute and welcoming, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Whether you prefer cozy couches or more traditional chairs, there's something for everyone. 🛋️ The ventilation is excellent, making it a refreshing spot to relax. 🌬️
I ordered the cockle with cream tree, which was absolutely divine. The little clams and variety of vegetables made it both flavorful and satisfying. Thinking I might still be hungry, I also ordered crispy shrimp wontons, but ended up stuffed! 🦐 The portions are generous, so come with an appetite.
The ambiance is complemented by nice background music, making it a great place to sit and unwind. 🎶 I also loved the complimentary water—a thoughtful touch that I’ve noticed is common around here. 💧 One thing that caught my attention was that many items are priced in US dollars instead of Cambodian Real which was a bit surprising but I noticed other restaurants do the same 💵
My only tip would be that the menu is difficult to view. It’s presented beautifully but the pages were difficult to turn and see the price.
Overall, One Kitchen is great and I'm glad I stepped in. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by! 🌟
