I strongly recommend getting an itemized statement in writing before proceeding with this company. Several issues that were verbally agreed upon were never addressed, and we ultimately had to hire another contractor to complete the work.

The porch light, bathroom outlet, and garage line were extras and not the main issues I'm referring to. From the start, our conversation about repairs included the need for a new sub panel, a new breaker box, and rerouting the wiring. You quoted us approximately $5,500 for that scope of work.
Once we secured the funds, we scheduled the job. Your crew showed up and did the work—but only part of what was agreed upon. The only thing that was actually completed was the installation of the new sub panel. When we followed up about the rest of the work, we were told it would cost extra.
When I requested an itemized receipt to understand where our money went, you said you don’t provide itemized statements because your work is “comprehensive.” As a result, we had to hire another contractor to finish the job—rerouting the wiring and installing the breaker box. They also told us we were overcharged for the sub panel installation.
