I called Rick this morning about issues with a couple of GFI outlets that weren't working. He was on a job, but said he would be by later. He spent around an hour troubleshooting the issue and replaced the bad GFI outlets. Great customer service! Great price! Very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Rick for your electrical needs.

If you hire Rick be sure and get an itemized bid because he will not do what is promised verbally!! Rewired whole house and missed a bunch of stuff No light over the kitchen sink!! I have messages and emails saying he would do it Thinks the inspection I paid for and passed deleted the verbal promises!? Absolutely would not recommend. Most disrespectful business owner I have ever ran into.

I couldn’t get a kinder and a more knowledgeable young man. He came out late Tuesday night and fixed our electrical problem within minutes. He walked my husband thru everything he did and explained how and what was done. We sincerely appreciate and thank you for your service. On January 6th a power pole came crashing down across my driveway, bending my power mast across my garage roof with wires also cutting into the edges of the roof. Because the mast had to be replaced it was not just a simple reattach new power lines to my house like it was for the other houses around me. I was informed my existing meter, mast and wiring in my breaker box would need to be completely replaced because of current codes. I contacted On1 and they were at my house as soon as the new pole was set and AEP was out of the way. They worked diligently, through the entire night, in frigid temperatures re-wiring my box , as well as digging a new 8’ deep hole for the grounding rod. They were tireless and never once complained. Their focus throughout that night and the remaining time on the job was always on me and making sure they got their part done as quickly as possible. They brought a small generator so I was able to keep my refrigerator and Cpap running as well. They were always professional, polite and extremely hard working. I highly recommend them for any electrical work you might need.

These guys are miracle workers. I live in in a house that was built in 1902, and still had the original everything, electric-wise, inside and out. Let's just say lots of things were wrong. My house is no longer a fire hazard thanks to these guys. If you don't believe me, just take a look at the before and after pics below... If you are looking for some electric work to be done within their scope of work, Look no further, legit. These guys are amazing at what they do, are friendly, fair, and I would call on them in less than a second again if I needed to.

“You pay for what you get.” We’re glad to know that still means something. We paid for work to be done in an apartment. The electrician worked straight through until the work was nearly complete. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and the work done was done right. What didn’t get done that day was our fault, not his. He came back and completed the job on our schedule without issues. Reliable and quality work at a fair price. That’s what we paid for, and it’s what we got. Will definitely call On1 Electric for all our electrical needs.
