On Time Roadside service llc

I found their service professional & timely. My trailer started losing tires and found them on Google. They showed up within a hour with 3 new odd ball size frailer tires (shocked they had them available) and had them swapped out in the service plaza in a hour! Great job guys, I definitely appreciate the great service!

Carl did a great job. Very professional and courteous. He removed my battery and purchased a new one and installed. He is the best. Very happy with his service. Bob Germaine

DO NOT USE!!! The worst company with the worst service and dumb technicians. They also have a communication problem within their own company. I requested mobile service to replace three of my trailer tires. The technician arrived half an hour later than the time provided. When the technician arrived, I showed him the two trailers that I needed to get the work done on out of which he said one is parked in a tight spot and will need to be moved out so he can work on it and the second one he says is fine. The technician sits for half an hour and doesn’t tell me that he Also needs me to move the trailer out of the parking spot that he initially said is good where it is, so he can get more room to work on the tires, After about half an hour, I come back and he’s still sitting there and when I ask him, that’s when he decides to tell me that he needs me to move the trailer. The dispatch and owner/manager starts calling me and asking why their technician is not working and why do I have him waiting not knowing what they’re technician is actually doing. After the work is completed, they just throw the old tires onto the side and requested payment and when I asked, why are you not taking the old tires they say they don’t take old tires. I called dispatch and dispatch says yes we will be taking these tires and then I Get a call from the Owner/manager, and he says that you needed to tell me that you want me to take the old tires which I found crazy because by default if somebody replaces their tire, the old tires will need to be thrown away which they denied. I confronted the owner/manager that this has been the worst experience ever from the beginning and he had the audacity to yell and tell me that I have been the worst customer because I was cheap. So apparently, if you care about your expenses, you’re worst customer.

The mobile mechanics are a dream! Saved my car from needing a 3.5K repair to fixing it for a fraction of the cost within an hour! If you want your car fixed in a time efficient manner and want a job well-done, choose these mechanics!

Fast service, great attitude, Mechanic never gave up made sure that my Truck, will Run before he left. Very professional. Great communication.

Gave them my tire size they Told me they will be here 45 minutes. A hour passed they called again asking for the size .Very unprofessional I have a 3 month old in the car told them multiple times .If I could give them no stars I would

Had a couple of back tires on a trailer to replace in a hurry. Called On Time and they had us moving in time to make our delivery.

Stephen came out to where I was stuck and took care of the tire, removed the old one and placed the brand new 1 on.He's great.......TY

Had to use these guys after i got a flat on the highway with a precarious amount of room between the affected wheel and the oncoming traffic. The guy came quick and actually changed the tire to a spare on the spot (shout out to Carl) and also put air in the spare. He even checked to see if he had an actual tire to replace it but unfortunately didn’t have my size. These guys really got me out of a tough spot and it was only $65 (idk if that’s because i was close or what 🤷‍♂️). If you’re in a jam they got you.
