I called and spoke with Alice about 2 bad outside faucets. That same afternoon Justin came to check all and give me a quote and on Friday morning of same week they came to do the work. Justin and Donte both were professional. The gentlemen were great at cleaning all up but most important they explained what they did and showed me pictures. Need a plumber call On Time Plumbing!

After calling On Time late in the afternoon, Alice promptly scheduled a plumber for the very next morning. We received text messages updates re: the plumber’s ETA. Willie arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He was very articulate & what he planned to do that day and what the next steps should be. He gave his opinion and explained our options on a couple of other jobs and sent estimates to us within the hour. We will be contacting On Time for future needs!

The service I received from start to finish was fantastic! I called for a quote and they scheduled it quickly. Estimate was given same day. They texted me appointment reminders and called with an ETA so I knew when they were arriving. The service workers were polite, on time, hardworking and efficient. I am so glad I called the fine folks at On Time Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric. This call was specifically for plumbing, but I now have a go to number for three other household needs. I had a clog in my sewer. Jeremy cam out and quickly deduced that it was with the mainline and also discovered my house didn't have a clean out. Arrangements were made to have a clean out installed as well as to have the lines thoroughly cleaned. We learned that I had cast iron pipe all the way to the city connection. That made the additional cleanup option a great choice for me. The entire time he was here, Jeremy told me what he was doing, and explained his suspicions. Everything turned out to be correct. He is very knowledgeable and knows what is wrong and how to best repair it. I could not be happier with the work that the team did for us. The pricing was more than fair and reasonable for the work that was done, and for the peace of mind that we now have at home. Service was prompt and affordable, technician was helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to fix an additional problem that appeared. Anthony and his team were amazing. They were very responsive with communication and adapting to what we wanted done. Anthony responded to all of our messages within the day and was able to get what we needed, based on the stage of building we were in, done right away. We had one seal that had a small leak and he was out the next day to fix it. He helped give us different options with water heaters but didn't pressure us into getting one or another. We would definitely recommend them and use for any future needs we may have!
