They did a full repipe under my house and they were amazing! They were friendly, professional, and prompt to respond and answer all of my questions! My first interaction with On The Way Plumbing was my early morning phone call to schedule service. The lady who answered the phone was kind and immediately added me to the day's schedule. The technician, Bailey, was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. My insurance company requested a completed form about the service, and On The Way Plumbing filled it out and got it back to me in about an hour. My issue was addressed in a timely manner and everyone was very professional. I believe I was charged a fair price. Bailey's customer service and professional knowledge/skill were outstanding. We had a gas leak and he demonstrated elite level expertise & immediately pinpointed exactly where the problem is without hesitation. He took swift, decisive action and addressed the situation efficiently and safely. His workmanship was impeccably clean and highly professional. He has a thorough knowledge of code requirements and city regulations and only replaced what was absolutely necessary for our city inspection. Devon came out today due to me having a gas leak. He was able to diagnose a gas leak very quickly and discovered that it was my gas cooktop in the kitchen. He was able to fix it in a flash and get me back up and going. Highly recommend on the way Plumbing their technicians are top-notch thanks guys!!
