⭐ 1 STAR – DISHONEST, MANIPULATIVE, AND PROVABLE Booked this company for a simple light installation and was quoted $200–$250 over the phone. Once the electrician arrived, the price suddenly jumped to an outrageous $750. When I questioned how the price could triple, I was told the job was “complicated” and would take 1.5 hours — which is simply not true. After I refused, the price dropped to $550. Then he claimed he needed to call his boss (his brother) and came back with a so-called “final price” of $385, including a $50 call-out fee. So the exact same job went from $250 → $750 → $550 → $385 in minutes. That alone says everything. This is classic bait-and-switch and pressure tactics. He also said he would call me when the job was finished, yet called only 10 minutes later, proving the earlier claims about time and complexity were made up. I have the invoice and photos to back this up, so this is not hearsay , it's provable. This felt like a deliberate attempt to overcharge. Completely unethical behaviour. Do NOT trust this business, and don’t be fooled by claims of being “local”. Avoid at all costs.

The team came out to my work at the Viridian Advisory office in Sutherland to complete some electrical upgrades. They were very welcoming and completed the work as requested, the quoted price was fair and reasonable. Will definitely use again.

I am very surprised that reviews are very good. Because personally I've had the worst experience with service, the guy on the phone was lying that he is on way only to come after an hour and he was doing nothing but how to waste time. Trying to trick and make a look that he is busy and doing a lot. Tried to charge a thousand dollar just for coming to address and argued all night to get his money, very disappointed that called to them. Be careful with these services, they have hidden fees and will charge you whatever they want

I have used both their services plumbing and electrical. Amazing customer service very honest and reliable they always do an amazing job i only use this company and when i need they are quick to respond. Very highly recommended and very affordable.
