Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Had an issue with an emergency breakdown on a slope. Called and told the address and issue, and when I would be out of work, and what the quote would be, 150. The driver did not get there for hours, had me waiting due to “constant traffic” and never specified if he was busy or on a different job. Never gave an ETA, just showed up over two hours later. Upon checking the car, driver said it would be an extra $100, which I did not have. It’s a big job and icy roads, fine, it’s his price. I would be able to get it the next day, and the driver said he would come back the following day and to call him. The next day, I texted the driver, no response. Called him, to which he said he would be free at any point and was waiting on my call, and to let him know when I was leaving work. Left work and called, and the driver said he would be there. He never showed up. I waited about 3 hours to no avail, before it was later than 9 and I assumed he wouldn’t be coming anymore, and now have to waste a 3rd day trying to get my car towed while calling out of work all because he ghosted me unprofessionally and never attempted to reach out or explain himself. I tried to use him because I came to him first and thought we had an agreement but now I’ve wasted extra time and money and still don’t have a fix to my car. Editing this post to let everyone know, the owner commented saying no one would do the service. This morning at 8, I called another service who came out within 2 hours and pulled me out, which is the final picture. If you actually need help, I would recommend N.I.A Towing who was professional and courteous and charged less.

Fraud Alert - Beware of using this guy. I used his service to change my flat tire for $150. He asked me to make the payment via Zelle, which I did and showed him the confirmation on my phone. He showed me his Zelle app saying that the payment didn't make to his account and started to shout, asking for payment to be made again. I didn't want to fight with this guy and ended up making the payment again via Venmo. I called Zelle after coming home and they sent a written statement confirming that the payment was delivered to this guy. I have called him 4 times since then. Each time he tells me that is about to call his back to confirm, but never returned the duplicate payment.

On The Spot Towing was a great experience from start to finish! They were fast, reliable, and affordable. The customer service was excellent — friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this towing company to anyone in need of quick and dependable service.

Just do yourself a favor a move on to another company. I did not read any comments before my service. Called for service at 5 am Told 30 minutes. Ended up being 1.5 hours. Ignorant excuses until he pulled up Towed about 3 miles for $200. ONLY ACCEPTS CASH CASH APP AND ZELLE The operator was stand off-ish. Urgency is not a concern. UPDATE#### DO NOT CALL ON THE SPOT FIRST. CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TOO L, KINDA MAKE IT A RACE. LET HIM KNOW, MAYBE HE WONT STOP FOR COFFEE FIRST NEXT TIME. Owner also likes to get to the bottom of his reviews. No Operator, it was not the price. I'm not satisfied with your crap service and I'm letting it be known. Text updates are don't mean a damned thing when you're a liar.

Said 20 mins eta for tow extra 40 mins went by never showed up even after the message “ I’m pulling up” (Replying to his response ) Phone was not on dnd. I waited for you 20 mins after you saying “your pulling up 🧢” everybody who rated you poorly is wrong huh? You called me once at 3:58pm i told you i was canceling at 3:57pm. I read another review where you told the customer “they could’ve canceled” so that’s what i did and it’s still a problem . Take accountability hope your on time for your next customer

very disrespectful you cant even call them and they flipped out when i called them and told me it was gonna be more expensive just because i called. they want to only text but barely respond. They get hella disrespectful too.

I received such great service he gave me the best deal ever I highly recommend on the spot towing the truck came so fast it was just an overall great experience and service

The worst experience ever I called for a tow truck at 5:02 AM to go to blocks from where I was at. I called again at 630 to find out the E. TA for the tow truck, I was told 45 minutes, then it was I got a call at 8 o'clock in the morning. Asking me where the car was? They wanted to charge a $175 to go to blocks. And had me wait almost 3 hours, I would not recommend this service. To anyone, not even my enemy.. i wish I could give them less than a 14 a rating

On the Spot Towing was so responsive and fast! Towed my car from a parking garage to my mechanic without any worried or hiccups. Emanuel was super friendly too! Would reccomend to anyone!!

Horrible service worst I ever received in my life the guy on phone was not only rude but unprofessional if I could give -0 stars I would please do not contact or do business with these people waste of time
