I’m changing my review. William did a sloppy job. He also left a container of poison dust in my back yard. Then they sent another technician to treat the bees when William already treated them. Unorganized.

Ken was great. He arrived on time and was professional. I asked him to check a couple of crawlspaces for rodents and he spotted a hole where they may have been able to get in and patched it up. Thank you Ken!

On The Spot Pest Control always have friendly, professional and knowledgeable techs that I completely trust working on my home. The tech Will was extremely nice and courteous when he serviced my home and paid attention to any concerns I had. He always goes above and beyond, showing he truly loves his job. Will is a consummate professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of my garage and the entire perimeter of my home, carefully checking all traps and replenishing them as needed. He provided a detailed report at the conclusion of his visit, outlining his findings and recommendations. I was extremely impressed by his attention to detail, professionalism, and communication. I couldn’t be more satisfied with his service it was truly a five-star experience today!

Spoke to Lori in the a.m. and had service at 2:00 PM. Friendly, knowledgeable, and just nice people. They know what they’re doing. Don’t hesitate to call them. William, the technician, was excellent and explained everything to me. I got the monthly service for the garage and house. Such a relief to not have to worry about this anymore.

10/10 would recommend. We've been using On The Spot for a while. Each time they come out we're greeted by another professional that listens to our issues and provides solutions. Today we were helped by Will who not only addressed our problem but was able to work with us to identify and prevent future issues. Will was great, the team has always been great.

Robert is very experienced in his trade. He knew how to treat our problems with knowledge and a friendly smile. He also gave me a little advice on how to take care of a problem with small flying insects in my potted plant soil . I have been a loyal customer for 9 years and would highly recommend using “On the Spot” pest control.

UPDATED AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: Thank you for your response but clearly you responded without actually reading my complaint, as it clearly notes I tried to work with you for WEEKS. This just solidifies my initial recommendation to NOT use this company. Clearly they aren't interested in correcting the situation. The initial service was suspect, as the tech was here and gone within minutes. Had to return to respray. The 2nd service, I alerted the company of the broken gate on the side of the home, and gave detailed instructions on where to enter and that mouse bait boxes needed to be filled. Thank God when I arrived home, I immediately checked the broken gate and sure enough instructions were not followed and gate was open. If I hadn't checked, my dogs would have gotten out. Then the bait boxes were not filled, yes I checked. I went back and forth with this company for weeks to resolve. I had to hire my handyman to repair the gate, as I do not have the money to buy a new gate. They refused to remedy because I didn't have a receipt for handyman work, even though they acknowledged that it was their fault the instructions were not followed. I never leave bad reviews as a small business owner, I know how damaging they can be. Even though they admitted fault, they refused to remedy. I would not recommend this company. And if this wasn't all bad enough, after the 2nd service I have ants in the home again and the centipedes are back. I'm not quite sure what service they actually performed while here that day, other than not following any instructions that were provided.

I have hired this company and have been dealing with a mouse issue since August. Just had their tech Christian here and he completely insulted me and my home and I am ready to cancel this service because they have never fully gotten rid of mice in this whole time. So frustrated and insulted. I had to ask him to leave multiple times while he still mumbled rudely under his breath! Poor Customer Service.

Kenan was professional, nice and thorough when he came. Put his shoe covers on and off and emptied traps outside to not make a mess. Really great job!
