So my Mercedes broke down. I called this company to come to where my Mercedes broke down, and they charged me 185 to come. The technician came about an hour late and was smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone for 20 minutes out of the time he was working on my car. Before he came, I let the first person of initial contact know what part I would need. She told me she would call me back after looking up the part. She never called back, and I figured they had the part before showing up at the location of my car. Long story short, after an hour of phone conversation, smoke breaks, and taking my car apart under the hood, they realized they didn’t have my part and tried to overcharge me for it, and I would not stand for it. The technician left me and my car still took it apart. I had to pay $40 for an Uber plus the 185 they charged me to come out. That was a very dangerous, reckless, and irresponsible move to me, and I would not recommend any woman who is by herself to go to this company.

Paul came out right away and fixed our truck when it broke down. He worked hard and got it done as quickly as possible. I am very happy with his work and very grateful with how quick he was! 5 star service! Thank you!

Truck broke down on I-75 north by Lake Panasoffkee exit. On the move guys put a drive shaft in for us. Super nice people here. We Recommend them! 👍

We had a valve stem issue on our motorhome and I called these folks to come out and take a look. Tina was absolutely sensational in her professionalism and really helped us out. Brian, the tech, was friendly, courteous and not only got the job done (quickly and most importantly, honestly) and shared some great knowledge he had about our tires. I can't recommend these folks highly enough. What a breath of fresh air to receive such service. Thank you so very much.

DO NOT USE THEM! We had a truck break down near this shop. They said they were sending someone out and would be 20 minutes. We called about an hour later and nobody responded. We have called several times and no answer. We found a mobile mechanic who came quickly and got the job done. Apparently ON THE MOVE is known for this.

Trailering boat from Florida to Alabama, one of the trailer tires hub spindle and all came off on I-75. We called everywhere and no one able to help. Isiah with OTM came out of nowhere and was able to repair the tire and hub. Efficient, super nice. Very satisfied with this service and they were true God send…

I had a noise coming from the rear of my car. Drove to them. They gave me like they said "95% Guarentee" that it was my rotors and calipers. I do not currently have a job and i have to get to Idaho from Florida with 2k. I am living in my car. They saidfor 857 they can fix the problem. I paid the money into Pauls number and they did like.they said the calipers and rotors. They bled my brakes and never replenished my fluid. Then they drove the car and the noise was still there. I asked what to do now because they already took almost half of what i have and the issue was still there. The one guy walked away and the other said "it would be better for you to go to a different shop" knowing my car was not road safe. They didnt give me my itemized bill like i requested. And sent me on my way with a broken car. Feel sad because Hayden really did a good job on the rotors but after i broke down in oxford and called Paul who never answers the phone. I texted and stated again that the car is in a bad condition and he had no tech to come to assist and they left me stranded.

Pulls up behind me to ask if I need service. I decline. He leaves and destroys a safety triangle. Gets out and sees that he destroyed it and then leaves without saying anything. I can’t imagine what a tire service would look like.
