So my Mercedes broke down. I called this company to come to where my Mercedes broke down, and they charged me 185 to come. The technician came about an hour late and was smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone for 20 minutes out of the time he was working on my car. Before he came, I let the first person of initial contact know what part I would need. She told me she would call me back after looking up the part. She never called back, and I figured they had the part before showing up at the location of my car. Long story short, after an hour of phone conversation, smoke breaks, and taking my car apart under the hood, they realized they didn’t have my part and tried to overcharge me for it, and I would not stand for it. The technician left me and my car still took it apart. I had to pay $40 for an Uber plus the 185 they charged me to come out. That was a very dangerous, reckless, and irresponsible move to me, and I would not recommend any woman who is by herself to go to this company.

Truck broke down on I-75 north by Lake Panasoffkee exit. On the move guys put a drive shaft in for us. Super nice people here. We Recommend them! 👍

Went to the new Lake Panasoffkee location. We were trying to support a new local business. Big mistake! I took my dually in to have the four back tires mounted balanced, (We had the tires with us). We get it there when they told us. They said it would take about 90 minutes. 3 1/2 hours later I get my truck back. Not a big deal. Then 30 minutes later. I have a flat tire. Yes one of the new ones. when I talk to them they tell us “oh yeah, it needs new valve Stems.” Then they proceed to inform us “we did not have any if you buy them will put them in.” I don’t really even know what else to say here we just paid them to Mount and balance 4 tires. Pick it up, pay them and leave not a word said? Then I need to go get the valve stem and bring it back in to them? I already paid to have it done I waited for over 3 hours and now they want me to go buy something for them, valve stems are TYPICALLY included in mount and balance. We Will not be using them ever again would suggest that no one else does.

We had a valve stem issue on our motorhome and I called these folks to come out and take a look. Tina was absolutely sensational in her professionalism and really helped us out. Brian, the tech, was friendly, courteous and not only got the job done (quickly and most importantly, honestly) and shared some great knowledge he had about our tires. I can't recommend these folks highly enough. What a breath of fresh air to receive such service. Thank you so very much.

DO NOT USE THEM! We had a truck break down near this shop. They said they were sending someone out and would be 20 minutes. We called about an hour later and nobody responded. We have called several times and no answer. We found a mobile mechanic who came quickly and got the job done. Apparently ON THE MOVE is known for this.

Trailering boat from Florida to Alabama, one of the trailer tires hub spindle and all came off on I-75. We called everywhere and no one able to help. Isiah with OTM came out of nowhere and was able to repair the tire and hub. Efficient, super nice. Very satisfied with this service and they were true God send…

We had a flat tire on our truck, and the road service team showed up quickly and did an amazing job! They were professional, friendly, and got us back on the road in no time. Really appreciate their fast response and great attitude — highly recommended for any truckers in need of reliable roadside assistance!

Came sooner than expected to help us and got a hard and dirty job done as soon as humanly possible. Forever grateful to Paul and his team for keeping us on the road. Highly recommend 👌
