Great staff, good gun selection for rent, bad air flow (my glasses fogged up easily, would bring a small fan next time), nice accessory inventory. But having to empty all my magazines to check for steel was the worst. Huge waste of time. The range rules page made it seem like magazines couldn't be brought in while in a gun, but no, all mags need to be empty. I might return to meet up with buddies.

Nice shop & range. Huge selection of ammo, gear and other accessories. Staff is awesome, willing to answer any questions that you may have. They offer concelaed weapons classes as well as other safety course. Come spend time on the range improving your skills.

I just took the basic handgun class yesterday and all I can keep thinking is WOW how come I didn’t do this before 🤩 first of all as a person who never touched a gun before or has ever been near a shooting range I’m glad I chose OTS. The staff makes you feel welcome and safe the minute you walk through the front door. Lori was an amazing teacher , her respect for the guns, safety awareness teachings, I mean I can go on and on about it ❤️❤️ I feel so pleased with the class and the place I invited my daughter to take the class next month. 5⭐️++

Always love coming here to do some training, purchasing, or just talking to the guys there, I can’t remember everyone’s name there and I do apologize for that guys but Michael Bush the range master takes his time with folks, knows his job to the fullest and is a true asset to the company and the only other name I can remember is kool-aid and that young man is the utmost professional as a range officer! Many thanks to all who work there & we shall see yall the next time & see what kinda “ shoot happens “

Amazing First-Time Experience — Highly Recommend for Women & Beginners! I visited On Target Sports in Orange Park and had a fantastic experience—especially with the help of Michael Bush, one of the range masters. From start to finish, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He took the time to walk me through the process, checked in on me throughout, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident. Even the range officer inside brought a great sense of humor, which helped calm any nerves—especially if it’s your first time. I went on Ladies Night (Wednesdays), which is definitely more affordable and a great way to ease into it. I highly recommend bringing a friend with you—it’s a fun, empowering activity to do together. They also let you try out different handguns depending on your comfort level, and the team really tailors the experience based on your needs. This is a welcoming, beginner-friendly, and safe environment, whether you’re going solo, with friends, or even considering a family outing in the future. The entire staff was warm and inviting, which made a huge difference. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Nicest indoor range on air quality in the area. Don't bring too many guns at once it's just tough. I really wish they had a better policy on zeroing rifles. We need a stable platform or I'm just limiting my zero to how shaky my hands are that day. The range price is very fair especially for the quality of the range. I left disappointed just due to the limited time and I mean I have to load my mags so I have to carry even more into the range and spend my very limited time loading magazines. It's just tough unless you are shooting pistols only with iron sights.

I took the All Ladies Handgun Class with the instructor Lori and I loved it. As a beginner, I appreciate the safety precaution this shooting range takes on. I can definitely see myself coming here more often.

I took the concealed weapon class with Laurie. She is an awesome and thorough instructor. She spoke highly of On Target Sports Range in Orange Park. The whole experience was very good. Thank you

My husband, adult son, and myself took the conceal and carry course with Mark at this location and it was excellent. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and made the material interesting and relatable to everyday life. Even though I grew up around gums, they still make meextremely nervous so I was worried about taking the class and hitting the targets. Mark was so patient and made the class enjoyable for me. I left feeling confident in using my gun and finally understood how safe target shooting can be fun. Even though you don’t technically need a conceal and carry in Florida (big yikes), Mark was excellent at educating my young adult son on handling guns the legal and right way while fully explaining the importance of calmly observing and reacting to your surroundings in a manner that won’t put yourself or others in unnecessary legal or physical danger. In our highly litigious world, this class is a must for any gun owner. Besides it being an excellent class, the facility is top notch with clean and updated technology. Highly recommend.

My adult daughter and I took the Basic Handgun class at OTS last Saturday. Guns have always scared me but i wanted my daughter to know the basics of gun safety. DOUG is a natural teacher and did a great job! We feel much more confident in properly handling a gun and being around them. I have a better understanding now why so many people are interested in this hobby. This class seems to be geared toward people like us and people who already have a gun but want to learn more. I will be treating my other daughter to this class next month.
