We had 2 instances of mobile service with this shop. They got everything taken care of in a timey fashion. So we took our 5th wheel in for warranty service. I really wish i hadn't.
We were assured the work would not take all winter. Nearly 5 months later (all winter mind you) we got our unit back.
They replaced the rear toilet, but failed to leak check the water lines, which were cross threaded. We wound up flooding our unit. Thankfully we caught it quickly and made the correct repairs.
They supposedly winterized everything, but left the grey tank full (it was empty when we dropped it off). We are hoping nothing froze.
The new generator had the vent and fuel lines backwards, which explains why they couldn't get it to run off the tank (which did have fuel in it). So we fixed the repairs, again.
The fresh water intake had grease and grit n the threads. The mattress was practically ruined by greasy clothing when the techs crawled over it to reach the washer hookup for winterizing (instead of pushing a slide out a little ways). And the toilets in both baths as well as the floor, were left with greasy hand and boot prints.
We left them a clean unit to work in, and it came back far dirtier (not just dust and dirt from sitting) than it gets elk hunting for a month. If I could post videos, I would. Pics show the grease on the mattress, the water after cleaning, and rhe antifreeze that leaked from the toilet. I would not recommend this shop for RV repairs in house.
