On Point Masonry

Jeremey has been out to our house a few times over the past several years for repointing, repairs, and today to replace our old garage lintel. He does excellent, quality work and his pricing is very reasonable. He works during the winter months too which is great because his availability is even better during the colder parts of the year. We would recommend Jeremey to anybody!

We have used On Point Masonry twice at my parents' home in Glenshaw. Most recently, Jeremey troubleshooted an issue with a retaining wall in the front of the house, installed a drain and rearranged the concrete slabs to allow for proper drainage. He was responsive, professional, pleasant and courteous. And his pricing was more than fair. And most of all - he did this difficult weather in freezing cold and windy conditions, to help my folks. We needed a retaining wall replaced and work done on some crumbling bricks on our chimney. Jeremy was honest, professional, and did very meticulous work. He completely replaced the retaining wall and the result is beautiful. We highly recommend On Point Masonry and will hire them again for any future projects.

We needed some repointing done on my 95 year old house. Areas were water damaged and mortar was completely missing in some spots. On Point Masonry gave me the best price point (I called multiple businesses in pgh). It was so easy to contact, get estimate, and schedule the work. The job was wrapped up within 10 days of initial contact. The two gentlemen who did the work were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and neat with their work. I am so happy with the final product and will be getting more work done in the future!

We needed spot pointing done on our house, as well as filling in with stone where a window and door were removed. The masons from On Point Masonry did a great job of putting stones and bricks together to fit like a puzzle where it was needed as well as spot pointing at joints where the original siding of the house was getting exposed. They were professional, hard working, and reasonably priced. We are happy that we had them do the work they did-the outside of our house looks much better!

Our Chimney needed re-pointed so we got several quotes. On Point Masonry was the lowest and also the easiest to communicate with. We were very pleased with our choice. Jeremy did an excellent job on the chimney, no complaints.

We needed to replace weather-worn & broken bricks at the top of 2 walls, take apart & rebuild a small brick column, and repoint brick on an exterior wall. Jeremy found replacement bricks that are a close match to our original bricks and replaced the bricks on one wall and the column; he capped our other wall with limestone blocks to prevent erosion due to weather (rain/moisture). There were a few hiccups on scheduling communication during the project, but overall, Jeremy & his crew did a really good job and we are quite pleased with the result. He was also great about explaining our options and being sure that I was happy with the final result.

Jeremy is very talented he did masonry work on a large retaining wall and used over 140 ;40pound blocks completely by himself in the near 90s when we were having crazy heat ! Jermey’s work is top notch !! Very pleased and satisfied with his work if you are looking for a hard worker Jeremy is your man to go to !
