On Call Tire Service

On Call Tire went above and beyond for me. They fit me in to fix a leaking tire and get an oil change, even though they were already extremely full and busy on New Year’s Eve. As a single mom, I truly appreciated their willingness to help me out — and I want to be clear, I didn’t cajole or pressure them in any way. They simply said yes, with grace and kindness. The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful. Since I had to wait instead of dropping off my vehicle, she checked in on me frequently, apologized for the extended wait, and made sure I didn’t need anything. She was kind, polite, and professional with everyone who came in. Her communication with the rest of the staff was excellent — she was constantly getting updates and relaying them to customers both in person and over the phone without needing to be prompted. She was extremely organized, and no pun intended, the place truly ran like a well-oiled machine. Speaking of well-running machines — the wait time honestly wasn’t as long as I’ve experienced at places that were far less busy. My car is running very well now, they even balanced all my tires, and it’s riding extremely smoothly. I feel safe and confident in their work, which means a lot since I drive long distances often. I’m very grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and quality of work here. Highly recommend.

I got a tow from them today and the man that came out was great! I didn’t catch his name but he was so kind and efficient!

Owner is unprofessional, would not uphold my warranty on my tires and called me a liar. Wish there was an option for zero stars. Maybe the owner shouldn’t take his short staff problems or his bad day out on his customers who paid good money for the crappy product he sold me. Good old small town good ole boy stupidity. Put a sign up that says “must live in Mayflower for service”.

This place is AMAZING! The employees are so kind, and went that extra mile to get us back on our way. They had to go pick up tires and stayed after hours to finalize getting them put on. We are traveling across country, on our way home. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like family too!

Malik came out and took great care for my lowered vehicle and was cool to chat with. Give this place a shot. Also called in and whoever answered the phone (female) was good to talk with. All around good business. No idea on pricing because it's a vendor through USAA.

Should be called if it's convenient for us we will fix your tire. Refused to come fix a tractor tire because it was just a tractor. I make my living with that tractor. Didn't try to schedule for a better time for them just refused to do it.

I was in the mist of heading to maumelle when I caught a flat on the highway, after realizing my jack wasn’t inside my car I start figuring out what I was going to do. I took a small walk and stumbled upon this wonderful establishment where I told them my situation. I simply just need to borrow a jack and I understand how today’s time’s are, no one is genuine or honest anymore. So I offered some collateral and they were more than happy to lend a hand/jack. Everyone was very nice and professional, I even went back to have my tires repaired. 10/10 Highly recommend!

If you want damaged wheels because the tow driver doesn't have straps on the truck then this is your place.. Also if you want a service that can't use simple GPS coordinates to find you also this is your place If I could give 0 stars I would. Ford Roadside Assistance needs to find better providers.
