We engaged Omni as we saw some nice renovation ads from IG, and we are truly happy with our ID Jasmine. She was really friendly and very patient with us throughout the process of pre discussions, during renovation and after the works were completed. She explained the process in detail, what materials to use, what is easy to take care, she was prompt with her replies and things that she needed to get done on her part. Even after the renovation has completed, Jasmine remained responsive and helped with the little touch-ups that were needed- showing great post renovation service.
