Jennifer Schrantz has such deep knowledge and skill when it comes to helping home buyers and sellers. I highly recommend her. She helped us locate and purchase our home in Tucson 5 years ago and also helped us sell it recently. She worked very hard to scout out homes that had everything on our wishlist, even doing videos of her walkthroughs to save us time, so that we could review things from our couch after a long day of work versus driving all over town. The home she found for us was amazing and had everything we wanted. She also helped us locate people to fix up a few things before move in, and at great rates. She was always quick with important communication and did everything she could to make both of our transactions a stress free process. And we got full price for our recent sale, with a quick offer - likely because of her ability to present and market the home so well. She is also excellent at negotiations with the other party and saved us a lot of money during that process, by double checking inspection/maintenance items being requested, and getting second opinions. She also has an amazing photographer with a drone and it really made the property look great. She's also very skilled with virtual staging and virtual walkthroughs. The online listing was perfection. We can't thank Jennifer enough for her help through the years. Her professional and easy going, friendly approach is such an asset to anyone she helps with real estate transactions! I've never had a better realtor. That says a lot!

The best agent EVER!!! Josh Umfleet is no doubtably the very best buyers agent we have ever had out of the now 5th home purchased over the years. We were out of town buyers from Kansas going to Arizona with little time to look. We purchased a beautiful home sight unseen only from online pictures along with face timing with him, family members and later the home inspector. Our new home had needed a new roof, many repairs ad resealing to windows plus a few pool issues. Josh was able to get all the items taken care of with the help of the seller’s agent as he is a very competent communicator, reliable, easy to work with too. He has impeccable follow up skills with us, the selling agent and mortgage brokers. At our direction he found and set up all the inspections, repair companies plus multiple estimates for the roof, while letting them in the home and his follow up on the repairs once completed for us. He saved us money using an escalating bid and locking in a sale. Josh joined us in the closing of our home too. We highly recommend him to buy or list your home, you will not be sorry You-will be pleasantly surprised how hard he works for you at all hours and days of the week. Danny was obsoletely more and above everything we could wish for. I met Danny on a property we closed and planned to flip. He presented everything he would do for us, and I was suspicious at first - I even told him it sounded too good to be true. Everything he promised was fulfilled and more. As an out-of-state investor, I relied heavily on his support. He helped us monitor the rehab, provided excellent advice throughout the process, and sold the property quickly and efficiently at our asking price. I truly don’t have enough words to recommend him. We had a wonderful experience with Shannon Connolly during our out-of-state home purchase in Tucson. She guided us professionally through every step and was always available, responsive, and exceptionally kind. During the two-month interim after escrow closed—before my brother could move in—Shannon went above and beyond by opening the home for contractors and deliveries, moving heavy items herself, taking room measurements, and even offering to prepare the bedding so my brother could arrive late at night and settle in comfortably. We were able to be there on move-in day when she brought a welcome gift, helped carry many boxes, and continued checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. After we left, she kept supporting my brother with transportation and helpful local guidance. Shannon has become more than our real estate agent—she truly feels like family. Highly Recommend. I think what stood out for us was his level of integrity and the fact that we felt consistently able to trust him, while navigating all aspects of various timely decisions throughout the process. We loved working with Nicole, she is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She was super responsive and made herself easily available, and absolutely never made it seem like a burden to answer a question or to show us the house again. She had great suggestions and references that were a big help and her offer to supply references for work we want to do did not stop at closing. She said she loves her job and I absolutely believe that is true, she was a joy to work with.
