If you get a really cheap quote from this company and wonder if you should go with them, stay away. We had a disastrous experience, to put it lightly. First of all, getting a permit to install shutters took the entire hurricane season so that’s a moo point to start with, luckily we didn’t get hit by any major hurricanes last season. Secondly, staff was unprofessional. The people who did the work were subcontractors by the company, and they badmouthed us while doing the work thinking we didn’t understand Spanish. Lastly, the quality was inferior. We were so relieved when everything was finally over, even though the quality was so bad, at least we didn’t need to deal with this company anymore. We sincerely regretted not paying more for another service. Maybe the reviews about garage door repairs are genuine, thats why we decided to go with them, but want to leave this review for other clients’ sake.

Thieves. My father in law has had his sliding glass window shattered since April we are now in December and ‘Omega’ has not yet replaced it. We spoke with Issac multiple times about this issue and he said that they have the item in stock, they just don’t have the time to install it. Conveniently , after most of the invoice has already been paid. Do not recommend this company at all

Came day after telephone call to inspect problem with my electric roller garage door, called me an hour before arrival as they said they would. Carried all spare parts needed, fitted new motor, rollers, sensors and gave me new remotes. In fact replaced everything except the door! Excellent service- would not hesitate to recommend this company. Very clean and tidy and took rubbish with them. I had in fact called 2 other companies who didn’t want to know as they hadn’t fitted the door originally so their loss was GDF’s gain! Well Done.

Omega is the way to go they fixed my door within the same day of calling the technician is very good at his job and is very helpful and clean. Please dont waste your time with any other company but omega
