Beware of this company. 12/3 my warranty coverage through American Water Resources hired Omega to service an outlet that had no power coming from it. While working from home that day, the technician repeatedly turned my home’s power off and on for the 1-2 hours there. He was unable to give a definite explanation to why there was no power and said his company would be in touch with my warranty provider (AWR). Before he left, my son showed him another outlet that he wanted to get a quote for. The outlet had power but was outdated and not compatible with any plugs. The technician old my son he had the supplies to do it and it would cost $55. He replaced the outlet in less than 30 minutes. He was at my home over an hour before replacing outlet. I have been patiently waiting for an update on when the work would start on my claim filed. I reached out to warranty company who informed me work was reported completed and claim closed. I told them it was not and what had taken place and that I would follow up with Omega. I spk w/ answering svc and requested for manager to call. Never rec’d call back. Called again 2/10/26. Spk w/Christine who told me claim was closed. No investigation no way to resolve. Got paid by warranty and that was it. They have a crook working for them pretty much that they took his word. Here are the before and after pictures of the outlet my son paid $55 for that was replaced under 30 minutes if even that. This liar was at my home almost 2 hours and the fact Omega is saying job was completed is dead wrong. The work filed on the claim was for an outlet that was dead no power. I was working from hotspot on my cell due to him trying to figure out the issue with outlet. This replacement of the other outlet in which he charged $55 was separate from the claim, this isn’t over and will be reported.
Homeowners beware.
