I worked with Rahal and the guys at Omega Auto Sales last month to purchase a 2018 Ford Fusion Sport; came up from NC since it was a hard vehicle to find. Drove great with minimal cosmetic issues, and we worked out a price that I thought was very fair, and the car has been great over the last 1,000 miles since then. Additionally, they followed up on getting the registration completed when I forgot to provide them with some finalized insurance information to register the vehicle in NC. I’d happily do business with them again anytime!

⚠️ Deceptive sales tactics – BEWARE ⚠️ Purchased a car from Omega Auto Sales and was told it had a clean bill of health. Not even 500 miles in, the car started overheating. Took it in—diagnosed with a blown head gasket and warped cylinder head. Mechanic said this kind of damage takes time to develop, so they had to know. They refused to help or offer any resolution. Terrible business ethics. I'm pretty sure most of the positive reviews are fake btw.

🚨 WARNING: Do NOT buy from Omega Auto Sales 🚨 I recently bought a vehicle from them and was told it was in great condition. Less than one week later, I was driving, the check engine light came on with rough idling, towed it to a mechanic and I found out it needs a Brand New Engine — a massive repair ~ 10k-15k! I then found out from the Toyota dealership that one year earlier they recommended a full engine replacement that was declined! I relayed all of this back to Omega Auto Sales, who refused to take the vehicle back, of course. If you value your money and peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this place. Omega Auto Sales talks a good game — but once they’ve made the sale, you’re on your own. Do your research, and don’t get burned like I did.
