Omar's Towing

Had multiple occasions that I needed a tow truck with different cars ; taking it to the CHP to get it checked, he waited until the inspection was done , I would say about 30-45 minutes. Then another request was picking a truck from the body shop and taking back to my house on a Sunday when most places were closed. And the last one, I had Omar’s towing pick up a car from my driveway and take it to the scrap yard that was pretty much just the shell. Omar’s towing has been there for me every time I ask for his service. Very friendly and helpful. Trustworthy person, and definitely very affordable prices . From experience, I’ve texted him at random times of the day, and he always responds right away. I will definitely keep using this company and I highly recommend him.

For any product or service to be considered professional, it must contain the 3 C's. 1. Competent..The service must be competent...if it is not, what is the purpose? 2. Considerate-the product or service must be tailored to the individual needs. One size does not fit all! 3. Convenience- if the service is too laborious to use, it won't be. their customer service was friendly and professional. They were able to dispatch a tow truck quickly, and the driver arrived in about 30 minutes, which I thought was pretty fast considering the location. The driver, chino, was excellent. He was careful when loading my car onto the truck and made sure everything was secure before driving off. The pricing was reasonable, especially compared to other companies I had called. They were upfront about the cost, and there were no hidden fees, which I really appreciated.

Young man that came out was very polite and respectful. They were the cheapest tow out of all I called. Got there in about half hour and called when he was 12 mins out. Great company, hopefully won't have to but if I ever need another tow I'll be sure to call them again. 10 out of 10

My car is lowered and my coolant hose popped off while doing a pull I was iffy about calling a tow truck because I Was worried the car was too low to be towed when I told them about my concerns Omar’s towing assured me all would be ok. The tow truck showed up within 30 minutes. Most importantly he didn’t scrape my car putting it up on the tow truck 10/10. Would recommend reasonable prices fast service.

Needed a tow back home and they did not disappoint. Driver arrived within 15 minutes of me calling and the gentleman was very helpful and took well care of my vehicle. Overall experience was great and they had the best pricing in town by far !!. Be sure to call them for your tow needs, they will take great care of you .

These guys are amazing! I needed a tow and they were there within 15 minutes, that's absolutely stellar! The prices were great and they are very easy to work with! Highly recommend their services whenever it's needed!

Best prices in town and shows up on time I called 2 other tow trucks they showed up said they couldn’t tow my truck that was in an accident and didn’t go into neutral. Omar showed up got it into neutral towed it and charged considerably less than the other 2. Will definitely use again and recommend to all friends and family.

I have a really low camaro the guy who towed my car i think his name was chino put ramps so the bumper wouldnt scrape and he put a noodle on the winch so it didnt scratch my paint i really appreciate this company they took really good care of my car 10/10 fs
