Omar's Towing

Had multiple occasions that I needed a tow truck with different cars ; taking it to the CHP to get it checked, he waited until the inspection was done , I would say about 30-45 minutes. Then another request was picking a truck from the body shop and taking back to my house on a Sunday when most places were closed. And the last one, I had Omar’s towing pick up a car from my driveway and take it to the scrap yard that was pretty much just the shell. Omar’s towing has been there for me every time I ask for his service. Very friendly and helpful. Trustworthy person, and definitely very affordable prices . From experience, I’ve texted him at random times of the day, and he always responds right away. I will definitely keep using this company and I highly recommend him.

For any product or service to be considered professional, it must contain the 3 C's. 1. Competent..The service must be competent...if it is not, what is the purpose? 2. Considerate-the product or service must be tailored to the individual needs. One size does not fit all! 3. Convenience- if the service is too laborious to use, it won't be.
