Excellent service. The company helped us with a load assist, getting a fully inoperable vehicle loaded onto a transport trailer. Omar understood everything I conveyed over the phone, gave a quick quote, and got a driver out there within the time he specified. The job was completed swiftly and our driver was on their way. We needed a car towed from Franklin to Dedham and it could not have gone smoother! From my first call to Omar to the drop-off of my car, I could not have asked for better service. This was an early morning pickup, and they were right on time and got the car to the other property at the time I had requested. Omar, personally, is a wonderful gentleman, mannerly, professional and earnest... his customer service skills are stellar. His price is really reasonable, too! I just wish he was the owner of every service I call/hire (!) because I would be perpetually pleased...he and his company are THAT great!

I broke down on the highway around midnight and called 5 different “24 hour” tow company’s which either didn’t have anyone available or was greeted with a robot that wasted time. Omar towing answered right away and got there within 15 min to help. Would highly recommend if you need a tow and fast to call them.

These guys are the best!!!! They were very responsive, professional, and most importantly, capable! I needed to tow a car into a garage with low clearance heights and sharp turns and they went above and beyond to make sure they could get the job done, presenting me with multiple different solutions to the problem. Many of the tow companies I called were unwilling to even take the job, but Omar was willing to give it a shot. Ultimately, they got the job done and were able to accommodate my exact request! It wasn’t an easy job but they handled it very well. I would definitely recommend Omar and his team to anyone I know, and I will certainly use their services again in the future.
