My sister and my wife found this restaurant in a magazine in the airplane and wanted to try it. O had mussels, buffalo meat and a mixed dessert. My wife had king crab. The food was absolutely divine. Combined with great wine and coctails and a Zapaca XO rum. I can highly recommend this place if you want high end food to reasonable prices compared to quality. The service was also very good. Next time we go to Riga we will go back here and enjoy the culinary excellence. Very cozy place.

Had the best soup of my life here, creamy cauliflower. The cod dish was very good as was the pasta with shrimp and a creamy sauce. Excellent service as well

To be honest, we left with a rather sad impression. We chose this place based on Instagram recommendations, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The waitress seemed a bit indifferent no smile, no real desire to communicate , and I also didn’t quite understand her attitude, as if she was trying to “correct” the guest rather than make them feel welcome. I can’t say anything particularly bad about the food, but nothing really stood out either. The oysters were pretty good, and the bread basket was nice, but overall the meal didn’t leave much of an impression. I’ll give them credit for the pleasant atmosphere and the effort to create a fine dining experience. However, I don’t think I’d come back.

We had a nice time in the restaurant. Menu is good for seafood lovers, warm atmospher, nice service, prices are too bit over expectation, a bit overpriced for some dishea, but affordable. Main meal with glass of wine for two was 55 eur.

Fine dining restaurant. The meals tasted good, but the portion sizes aren’t filling for the exquisite prices. I had the oyster for starters and lobster for mains. Service was good, and the servers were attentive and friendly. But I would try other places for a more filling dinner.

A fantastic restaurant, truly one of the best in Riga. The service is impeccable—attentive, respectful, and professional—while the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The menu offers a rich variety of drinks, cocktails, and seafood delicacies, including crabs, octopus, lobsters, and more. We tried the oysters, which were incredibly fresh and delicious—a true highlight of our evening, special love to Gillardeau. The cuttlefish risotto and seafood were equally impressive, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. Every dish was a culinary delight, beautifully presented and crafted with care. This place is a true gem for seafood lovers. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience.

Superb restaurant in easy to walk to location from most hotels. Menu is extensive and good value. The cocktails are AMAZING! Did was very good and service perfect. Very happy here, dined twice on our short City break.

I had Perle Blanche oysters which were terrific. The fillet steak was divided into two smaller cuts stacked on top of each other, which was a bit unusual, but came out tender nevertheless. The small lobster tail on top of the steak was cooked just perfectly, I was sorry I didn’t just order lobster to begin with. The wine selection is quite good also. I liked the atmosphere and attention to detail. The waiter was nice but somehow I felt a bit like I was being watched all the time, which didn’t allow me to fully relax, but I think it might have been due to lack of people at the restaurant that day. The prices are fair in terms of quality, but this is a rather expensive restaurant, especially for Riga.

Nice restaurant with very cozy atmosphere and elegant festive decoration. We booked one day in advance to make sure we had a table on Saturday evening. We really liked the main dishes, great value for money if you compare to other seafood restaurants in old town. Homemade bread was very good too. As for dessert, a bit disappointed with the sphere (too much caramel?), and the pavlova meringue which was a bit chewy that day. Nonetheless, excellent « sphere » dessert filled with some mango. Very attentive and smiling waitress. Thanks for the great moment!
