Thomas is fast, professional and reliable. A contractor you can trust (not many like him left). Thomas put in a new drain field in for me in 2018. He did a great job back then. When my kitchen sink (09/2021) started bubbling up I called Roto Rooter. They charged me $300 just to tell me that it is a septic system issue. I called Thomas and he came. out the same day, digged out my tank and found no issue with the septic system. Thomas figured out that the main line was clogged and opened it up for me. Thomas did Roto Rooters job and did not even charge me for the work. Great experience all the way, I can recommend Thomas's services to anyone without hesitation 👍 👌 👍

Thomas installed a new septic system for our home a couple of weeks ago. For the past two years he has shared his time and knowledge that kept us going on our 1981 system for as long as possible. He answered every phone call and text. He has been outstanding to work with and I highly recommend him. Thank you for your hard work on the home we love so much.

This is kind of a long review, especially for a company that couldn't do the work I needed. We recently inherited a house on Whitemarsh and during a clean-up visit there we fond the septic tank overflowing. Called numerous companies before I found someone who would answer or call me back. Thomas,, with Olde Savannah, answered right away. Unfortunately, he does not pump, only installs. But he was very helpful and recommended a couple of companies that he would vouch for. Unfortunately again, neither of those referrals called me back but that's no reflection on Thomas and Olde Savannah. Apparently I caught the profession in an extremely busy time in Savannah. Finally found a company that could come out the next day. However, when they got there, due to some recent renovations to the house and the age of the septic tank, they could not access it adequately to pump it. They explained what modification needed to be done to fix the issue, but they were not equipped to do it. I called Olde Savannah back and, again, Thomas answered right away. I explained the situation and asked if that was something he could do. He said he did not have the particular saw that would be required but recommended Septic Works of the Low Country. I called them and they are coming Monday to fix my issue and pump it. Thomas spent a lot of time on the phone with me, discussing my issue and talking about options. And it sounded like he may have been on another job at the time. If he spent that much time and effort for someone he was not going to make a dime off of, I can only imagine his paying customers are probably extremely happy with Olde Savannah. If the time comes to replace this system (pretty likely), I will be calling Thomas to do so.

Thomas came highly recommended and I can see why. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, on time and always answers his calls. He did a fantastic job for us and I would hands down use his services again if needed. Highly recommend him

Like a few reviews below Thomas is an outstanding individual to work with. I cannot say enough about how he went into details with me and took every extra step to explain to my wife the steps we were going to take and answer her calls so she felt comfortable and so on, outstanding!!!. We almost purchased a new house (found asbestos right before closing) and were going to fix, enlarge and move the septic tank for another ½ bath and pool. Thomas walked us through everything and worked to an exact timeline as he was postured to start work the day after closing. Then after all of the fallout after not closing he still treated us with outstanding service even though we didn’t end up purchasing the home and using his services. Again Thomas, thank you.

Thomas is the absolute king of anything Septic in Georgia! He is truly an absolute angel! If you have absolutely any concerns with regard to septic- he is 100% the most amazing human out there! Always turns up with a smile too and is sooo incredibly knowledgeable and all things Septic and more! I used to work for a STVR company so I was needing to call on Thomas regularly for different properties and was so incredibly helpful every single time!
