Rented bikes and helmets from their Deer Valley location for a day at the bike park. Sebastian was awesome !!! He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful !!! He got up set on bikes quickly (even dialed in the suspension for us), explained the park, and the best trails to ride. Son got a flat rear tire in his bike, took back in to the shop Sebastian got it fixed and got him back on the trails fast. Flawless and effortless experience !!! Will absolutely recommend and use again when we are in Park City.

We just finished a mountain bike tour and had the most amazing time! This literally turned the trip around for our whole family!! Old Town catered the ride to our ability levels. The trail was beautiful and fun and our guide was so friendy and knowledgeable. Hands down, the best part of our trip to Park City!

I got on top of the trails only to realize the brake on my unicycle was busted. Sebastian saved my day and set me up with a brand-new 4 piston setup that was a dream to ride on. Thanks for your patience with some of the oddities of unicycle specific parts!

We were so lucky to have Grady as our guide. He was patient, attentive, knowledgeable and fun. His colleague, Sebastian, was equally genuinely great. We couldn’t recommend them more. We had paid for a 3 hour ride but Grady was happy to go further. Great trails. Beautiful scenery. Saw Deer and Elk. Thanks for making it a memorable bike ride and for keeping us alive!!

Amazing experience renting e-bikes! Rented 2 e-bikes and took them on nearby paths- great for a fun Park City date night! Excellent quality e-bikes with a smooth ride and long battery life. The staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Locally owned shop with friendly staff that you will be happy to give your business to! 10/10 recommend!

Grady was awesome! Dropped off my bike and it was ready the next day. My bike is shifting so smoothly now and he fixed my dropper post so it’s really responsive now. Gave a lot of good advice on gear as well. Would definitely recommend these guys! 10/10 fair price also.

Amazing Shop!!! New bikers or experienced, Grady and Sebastian were awesome at tailoring my ride and going above and beyond for customer service. We had an amazing time with this company. Our guide Grady was extremely nice and accommodating. He adjusted the route to our skill levels and was extremely patient. The views and trails were beautiful. Very highly recommend. The service and punctuality were also great.
