Quick prompt service. Diagnosed the problem with our generator very quickly. Upfront on time it would take to fix, and parts cost. Worked all day in nasty cold rain to fix. Part was difficult to get to. Didn't quit till it was fixed! Reasonable on price. Was running late but called and communicated with us on how long before he'd be here. Would highly recommend! Top notch!! Thank you!!

We ran into an electrical issue with our 5th wheel at Gilbert Ray campground. We called Marvin and despite a busy day he promised to come by at the end of the afternoon. He called earlier that he was able to be there much sooner. He analyzed the issue and it turned out our (1 year old) converter needed replacement. Marvin was able to pick up the part that same day and installed it late afternoon in the dark. We had power again! Yay. Low and behold a day later our water stopped flowing intermittently. We had to call Marvin again and he came the same day once more. This time the waterpump was having issues and had to be replaced. Thank you Marvin for saving our vacation twice!

Marvin answered our call early in the morning about our water pump that had went out and was leaking water. He sent his tech Devon out who was above and beyond professional, courteous and even put up with our two large dogs trying to help him the whole time he was here. He got the job done quickly and made sure to test it by running the water again for a bit to be sure the leak was fixed. We would give them 10 stars if we could. Quick, very affordable and professional. We recommend them 100% if you are in Tucson. Thank you Marvin and Devon, we are forever grateful that you saved us from having to go back home.

Marvin was fantastic extremely responsive with repairing our RV toilet. He is available to assist over the phone and offers great advise. Today we discovered an additional problem during our repair and he did not hesitate to located it and was able to fix it. I would recommend Marvin in a heart beat.

Truly Above and Beyond Service! Highly Recommend. ​I cannot recommend this mobile RV service highly enough! My experience with them was outstanding from start to finish. ​I contacted them on a Friday for a diagnosis after my bedroom slideout became stuck in the "in" position. Despite the short notice and having to drive more than 60 miles to reach me, they showed up promptly. They even handled the significant inconvenience of gaining access to a military base, which is a major time commitment. For all of this, the initial service fee was extremely reasonable. ​After the diagnosis, they took the time to secure the RV so that we could still travel until the official repair could be done. ​On Monday, once my warranty provider (Alliance RV) approved the claim and shipped the part (2-day FedEx to their shop), they came out on Wednesday as soon as the part arrived to finish the repair. Crucially, they did not charge me a second service fee for the follow-up visit and installation. ​The repair work was amazing, and the level of customer commitment demonstrated throughout this entire process was exceptional. I am extremely happy with their professionalism, communication, and overall value. This is the only mobile RV service I will use going forward when I am in the area. Thank you so much Old Pueblo RV.

Marvin has been a tremendous help and resource. He is extremely responsive and willing to take the time to explain what he is doing. We were on our way out of town and called him last minute to address an unexpected issue that would have immediately cancelled our trip. Marvin jumped into action and was able to get the problem resolved. We highly recommend him and he will continue to be our go to RV guy.

I called Marvin very very early in the morning not realizing the time difference. He called me back promptly early in the morning when they opened. 🚨 STOP 🚨 IN NEED OF AN RV REPAIR? LOOK NO FURTHER! MARVIN IS HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, UNBELIEVABLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND JUST AN ALL AROUND HONEST HARD WORKING GENTLEMAN! I had initially hired a BOY/MAN CRAIG PETIT! Please folks.. if you here this name in the Tucson area? RUN RUN RUN! I had called Craig for a repair n this individual showed up stoned! Even though I asked him not to work on my rv under the influence! He butchered my repair! Busted my drain in my tub. Needless to say I paid for a butcher job! I live in my rv with my ESA pup! Crying bewildered and broke. I called n searched n called! Every single company wanted to charge some outrageous amount just to look at my rv!! So many to take advantage of the situation!! NOT MARVIN! HE SET MY MIND AT EASE! He came out and did not charge to look! He cared about what I had been through n come to find out? He knew the individual that caused the destruction! It was absolutely horrible to have to pay twice. Let me tell you.. MARVINS WORK? Speaks for itself as does his demeanor n ability to handle miscommunications and correct misunderstandings! I can not say enough. I immediately knew that this job was going to come out so amazing!! It absolutely did! Day n night difference in work ethic, presentation and performance! He went above n beyond! Did so many little extras that meant so so very much! He is honest n trustworthy! He worked within my budget! Always kept in mind what had been done to us!
