Quick prompt service. Diagnosed the problem with our generator very quickly. Upfront on time it would take to fix, and parts cost. Worked all day in nasty cold rain to fix. Part was difficult to get to. Didn't quit till it was fixed! Reasonable on price. Was running late but called and communicated with us on how long before he'd be here. Would highly recommend! Top notch!! Thank you!!

We ran into an electrical issue with our 5th wheel at Gilbert Ray campground. We called Marvin and despite a busy day he promised to come by at the end of the afternoon. He called earlier that he was able to be there much sooner. He analyzed the issue and it turned out our (1 year old) converter needed replacement. Marvin was able to pick up the part that same day and installed it late afternoon in the dark. We had power again! Yay.
Low and behold a day later our water stopped flowing intermittently. We had to call Marvin again and he came the same day once more. This time the waterpump was having issues and had to be replaced.
Thank you Marvin for saving our vacation twice!
