I’m looking forward to those long summer days and cool nights—sitting on the porch, watching fireflies light up the yard. It’s the season for getting things done and soaking in every bit of life—whether it’s business, farm work, or family fun.
One of our favorite traditions? Creek time. We marinate chicken with lemon, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil, then build a makeshift rock grill right by the water. While the chicken sizzles, we’re splashing, laughing, and braving the ice-cold spring creek. It’s simple, a little wild, and absolutely perfect. -Jessica
