Ok Appliance Repair

I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Ok Appliance Repair in Charlotte! My Maytag washer was busted and turned out to be a nail had gotten lodged in the water pump. He fixed it quickly and did a great job. We hired them again for an LG refrigerator repair and they offered the same great service. Recommend!

ZACK- Quick, fast, and efficient! OK Appliance and Repair was so easy to communicate with and had our Samsung dryer working in no time. We were in desperate need — called last night and they came early this morning, finished within 30 minutes! We were worried we’d have to buy a new dryer, but they saved us the hassle and cost. Their prices are unbeatable, and Zach was awesome — very personable and professional. Highly recommend! 10/10!

Great service. Our washer had no power and I searched for a repair service. I reached out to OK Appliance and Zach quickly responded. He was able to come out the next day. The main board failed and he was able to order a new one and come out the next day to replace it. When he was fixing that our refrigerator has an issue and he was able to fix that on the fly. He walked me through the issues and quickly fixed it. Very knowledgeable and personable. I will be using them again!

Amazing service! I sent in a request at 9 pm and they responded same night, came the next day to repair our dishwasher. Friendly, communicative. We will definitely use this group again in the future.

OK appliance repair was great. I called them at 6pm on a Monday night thinking it would take days for someone to come out, but Zachary said he would be here the next day and even let me pick the time. He arrived promptly, and fixed my dryer problems very quick. He was very friendly and professional. Will be using them for future appliance repairs.

Zac came out right away to repair my much needed washing machine as we rescue dogs and always have a bunch of laundry. He was prompt, very professional, thorough and courteous. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend. Anne

I called OK Appliance Repair and Zac came out to take a look at our washer. As it turned out, he told us the dripping we were hearing was just our AC dripping into the drip pan(as it should). How embarrassing!! He was so incredibly polite and thoughtful by not charging us the dispatch fee. What a wonderful company and a great guy!

Excellent same day service at a good price! The office scheduled a tech when I called, which was awesome. He did a great job diagnosing the issue with the washer and had the part to fix it. I highly recommend using Ok Appliance.

I have a 20 year old Viking oven I thought was a goner. I was overjoyed that not only did they fix it, but they also gave me options about what more they could do to keep it lasting for years to come. They were so incredibly kind, knowledgeable -- and they're the only company I plan to call from now on if I have any issues with any appliances! Thank you so, so much OK Appliance!!

Call them to fix my dishwasher. They came out and fixed it and charged me for a part and labor which I paid. Then the dishwasher stopped working again. Had the same error code reached out. He came back out and said that it wasn’t broken even though I knew it was I specifically asked him if there was a leak because the error code suggested a leak. He said no there was no leak. The dishwasher stopped working again within two days I have repeatedly texted and tried to call and Zach will not respond. I had to hire another person to come fix it and that is when a leak was actually discovered so I was charged for a part by Zack that I did not even need.
