Oil boiler repair

Please do not use this guy. Unprofessional workmanship and does not stand by his work. When confronted about poor work you get called fussy and then insulted from where you come from. Can’t even put radiators in straight, seals like a 2 year old with play doh. Won’t come and fix issues, can’t wait to see you at somepoint as bet you won’t say those comments to my face. Shane you’re a disgrace! Update in response I have all the images and photos from start to finish and your messages. You won’t be doing anything running to Garda, pathetic. Please do call them if you want as I have all the evidence against you showing the work so I think your find it’s a civil matter and a truthful review so Don’t lie Shane. Maybe I should just publish what you said at the end of our chat on social media. I gave you plenty of chances. Saying I damaged it did I, why would o do that, I have the text calling e fussy having to go behind you pointing out your errors, maybe you can explain the wrong drill holes for the en-suite unit? The cardboard under the unlevel sink in the downstairs toilet, the bath panel that was cut like using a fork, the endless poor sealing, shall I go on Shane? Maybe stand by your word.

I called Shane 12.30 on a Thursday about a plumbing job he told me he be out that evening true to his word came on time . Gave me a report I needed for council ... couldn't fault shane at all. Very friendly and reliable . If needed a plumber definitely be calling shane again .

Shane did a great job, it was super quick and top quality oil boiler replacement. Great communication and after installation support. He even did extra checks and repairs not related to the boiler. I am highly recommend Shane and will use his servis again!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely shocking awful service. My biggest tip for anyone would be don’t use him. Agreed to do a job in my house for a new kitchen install and was due to arrive at 12 noon then said it be 4pm and when he arrived at 6.30pm he looked at job and decided he wasn’t going to do it and. Just left the house without even telling us that we’re in the house and send a text message an hour later saying he wouldn’t be doing it unless we gave him extra €350 for a water softener that we didn’t want or need. So basically he looked at the job and thought it’s too late now and I’m not doing it. Shane will promise you sun, moon and stars and will never be there when he says and then won’t even do the job. If you’re looking for a dependable plumber stay away as Shane isn’t it. Awful customer service and very unprofessional Edit to reply to owners comments Basically Shane is trying to say there was more work in it than he thought and that he quoted for but he still would have done it if I paid €350 etc for the water softener. So basically he quoted wrong price for the job and customer could suffer unless they paid €350 extra for something they didn’t need or want. So he will quote and agree a price but then change his mind if he feels it’s too much work for price he quoted. Also to let people know that I received a lot of threats via text messages from Shane because of my review and he also threatened to have someone have a word with my wife when she’s at the shops and threatened legal action so be warned. Really unprofessional and I stand by my review.
