Oil Boiler Breakdown

On Christmas Eve our boiler stopped working after we ran out of oil. Although we managed to get more oil, the boiler still wouldn’t start. We rang every plumber we knew with no luck, so we found a few phone numbers online. I rang one number and a man answered. We soon realised he actually works in Northern Ireland, while we live in Warwickshire. I thanked him and was about to hang up, but he kindly asked what the problem was. After I explained, he said he would call me back in 30 minutes to help. True to his word, he rang back and spent two hours talking me through every step. I know absolutely nothing about boilers, yet he explained everything so clearly. Despite it being Christmas Eve, he gave us his time and managed to fix the boiler remotely. Without him we would have been freezing over Christmas, he was our Christmas miracle. If you live in Northern Ireland, I highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable and talented. He can even fix a boiler from over 414 miles away.

Called Brendan at random at 8pm one evening. First thing Brendan tried to do was go through what I could do to try and rectify over the phone but I had already tried this. Brendan advised he was caught up being busy with other customers which prompted me to ask what ever he could do would be great as the people living in the house relies on the heat. Brendan asked if he called out later that night. Later meant Brendan calling out at 1145pm to spend 75min fixing the boiler and doing a wonderful job. Brendan came across and showed huge experience in this field and was such a pleasure to deal with along with a great sense of humor. Certainly will deal with Brendan going forward.

My elderly father’s oil burner stopped working and Brendan was there to the rescue as always. Came out within a few hours so my father would have heating sorted for the evening cold . Such a friendly guy and stayed for a while for a chat and to make sure the boiler was in great working order before he left . Highly recommend Brendan and his work is of high standard always .

Brendan was a lifesaver today. Daughters heating system wasn’t working and he talked me through the whole process to get it fixed and up and running saving me money. Honestly cannot recommend enough. We were so stuck with no heating and he talked us though how to fix it. Please use this company they are amazing!!
